Unfortunately, they seem to have removed the sandbox between missions as featured in early Postal 3 videos. However, taken from the russian postal3 site (thank you, google translate) "And thirdly, a new update for the game, which, inter alia, will include the much-anticipated regime of "free riding" on catharsis, we are testing now and will be available for free download very soon."

(Which is good, pity it didn't come with it on launch!)c
