Actually I think since he's drugged, he can fight so well... Haven't you heard before that drunk/drugged people usually don't feel anything (likepain), therefore, are pretty strong (since it's all unstoppable, brute strength)... That's why you should never start a fight with such people, unless you're not sober, like them...

well yi kao's pretty much a drug addict so his tolerance of the drug is much higher than a normal person's. so although the amount of dreamer released in the subway system was enough to have a strong effect on the passengers (who were all exposed to dreamer for the first time most likely), it wasn't enough to get yi kao to the same level of high because of his established tolerance :).
