Hi there Lambrettaable, nice one, 50cl is a little sluggish, but lovely scoot. You now have another option just out in the market about a year ago. There is a kit for sale in Casalambretta to upgrade your scoot up to 75cc, it gains some grunt. The other option you have is to get a cylinder, piston and gearbox off a J125 and do a swop. It all fits in place. Where are you from?

also i did some looking around and scootopia have got a 80cc kit for £200.

nice. i just bought the 50cl and it's sweet. just for future ref is it easy to change the engine? as at some point i want to upgrade to a 75cc or even a new 80cc

I´m from Aregentina, and have 10 lambrettas, but haven´t got any LUI!!!, and I love it!!!, we don´t it in our country...it´s a pity...congratulations, Flavio
