  • nice chords

  • THATS DEF WEST COAST.

I CAN ALREADY HEAR NATE DOGG SINGING ON THAT. NAMEEN!!!!

  • real nice work

  • i love it ....real nice

  • Nice track man. First time I've EVER seen someone still using the VS-880EX. I just got a JV-1080 and still have and use my VS-880EX. I like the way u still get mileage out of hardware...Keep flowin....

  • @7thgroove Thanks. Check out the Vintage Keys expansion for the JV. Good sounds on there.... the main reason I still use it. That and the bass sounds.

  • @Nashid77 I really got it to use the Orchestral I and II cards. I use Logic Pro and definitely have enough vintage keys. Good lookin' out though...

  • @7thgroove How do you like those? The only other card I've used is the Dance card and its garbage. Made me not wanna get more.

  • @Nashid77 I've got the demos. Gonna get the cards off eBay in a few weeks. Though I use Logic, I still like the great patches that Roland makes, still like using hardware.

  • First beat making video i've seen with out using software in a long time. Great beat.

  • @finesse88 Thank you sir.

  • @nashid77.. good look ...gonna hook mines back up ...

  • Hot shit .... Do you have the mpc hook up to your MPK

  • @MRCHEAPSKATE62 Yup. Side Note: The MPK gotta be plugged into a wall socket to use it with the MP. USB power won't do the job.

  • that beat hot ass fuckkkkkk

  • @LUCIANELY787 Thanks my dude.

  • yea this not even my style as far as the keyboard sounds and whatnot but u flipped it bruh

  • @jackmylantern Good lookin out. I don't like makin keyboard beats either. I feel you on that. Check out my other vids. Straight chops/samples and live MPC.

  • You're making me want to go buy a keyboard

  • hey men....! what's the size of the keys.....? thanks

  • @acetatostereo 61 semi-weighted mid-sized keys. I should've gotten the 88. Those keys feel great. These feel kinda stiff and springy at times... if you know what I mean.

  • Illy fa sho!!!

  • Hot beat homie , keep doing your thing fam

  • @jreid100 Fa sho... Thanks for checkin me out.

  • that beat is probably the best ive heard here.

  • @bacelines Damn, bruh... that says alot. Thank you.

  • That was tight. You got skillz if you want my two cents. Keep on!

  • Rad beat man, could you send me some kind of mastered mp3 or something? thnx

  • The spring fights your fingers down and up as well. But worse, the keys are about an inch shorter than they should be - so hitting a black key requires a lot of force if you're towards the back of the key (AMAZON.COM)

  • illy beat bruh....good work

  • @nawmean Thanks man..

  • @nawmean Thanks man..

  • i can hear scarface rocking with this

  • bad ass beat, where did you get most of the sounds from?

  • @FiSTFigHT09 I used a Roland XV 5050 for all the synth/instrument sounds and a combination of Akai samplers for the drums.

  • @FiSTFigHT09 I used the JV 1080 from Roland also.... the piano/strings patch.

  • Great Job ! Thanks for posting the video. I'm searching stuffs to produce this kind of samples ! Greetings from Brazil ! all the best !

  • why didnt u use the drum pads on the akai??? to do that is there a reason because im looking at buying one... great beat by the way

  • @MashMasterMushroom Thanks..... the pads feel different on the MPK and are a different size and shape. I've been using the MPC for 12 years so its pretty much just a matter of comfort and convenience.

  • real fire.

  • Nice stuff man! I enjoy watching how you build those beats, keep it up, sounds good!

  • Yeah, this sounds more like that newer west coast style. I know you usually sample but you should get more into producing from scratch because you're good at it!
