All the songs played in this medley are in standard tuning except In The Name Of God which is in C tuning, how were both Johns able to play that song in standard tuning.

@zonic26 John switches guitars at the beginning and end of "in the name of god." JM plays a 6 string bass with one tunning. I don't see why he'd have to change it.

@panamanian911 Thanks, I've now seen him changing guitars, though you don't really see him changing but I've noticed the different guitar he uses for In The Name Of God compared to the others, but I think he changed very quick at the end and for the start of the last part of Octavarium, Razor's Edge.

@panamanian911 John Myung would have to change his bass cuz the 6th string is tuned in C for In the Name of God, whereas it's in B in "normal" time... But we can see, he just adjust the low string while playing
