Love Marvin and GC. For me GC vocal delivery on this song takes gold. Marvin's version is cleaner but he's falsetto most of the song, which isn't necessarily bad but I just like GC's transitions from belting is his normal voice into the sweet falsetto.
One of my favorites off GC's album. I especially like the background vocals which feature Willie Hutch, who wrote the song, and Marvin Gaye. This song is very close to perfect.

Marvin's version is cleaner
It is not as busy a production and is the better for it.
