A little bit faster than usual but its cool though. I can play it too and don't be so "philosophic" because maybe you cant play it (?) and you try to be different from the others by criticising Cheginator. So my advice to you is : Shut up

the rithm is too fast you miss some notes on the chords there are 4-note chords and the hand position is just wrong.By my opinion if i was grading people you should get a D.

I Love how artistic you played this song, but i got to point out you have a hand of a 12 year old lol

its big but its very smooth and not roughed out at all? perhaps just a piano player's soft hand but you might want to consider working in the fields to roughen up that hand xD

I think you had a different version then i do. I got mine out of the "pirates of the caribbean" piano book and the right hand chords are ginormous... yes "ginormous" its like a span of 9-10 keys which my little fingers cant reach lol

You are completely wrong. You can tell because if he had played it slow and sped it up accordingly, the gravitational pull on his clothes would be much much faster... accordingly. It is not hard to play this song as fast as he did... in fact, I think he played it a tiny bit too slow. No offense to the pianist, he did a fine job.

It was close. He DID do very good, though the beginning is supposed to alternate in speed, and he actually played it above normal tempo, so it's better showing his skills.

@DanielFabrick exactly right. i have the sheet music, and the tempo is at 50 to start with and then goes to 90 right where he picked up. he could've and should've done it faster, but he played it a heck of a lot better than where i'm at right now working on it.

I prefer this version to He's a Pirate (the true theme) myself. I also can't play the full chords in parts of it (the full octave chords with four notes) because my hands are small- I can just barely reach an octave so like this guy I had to adapt the melody part to my hands.

My question is, the intro played here (and elsewhere) is not included on the sheet music I have found (scans from the official music book). Where did you find the intro?
