@jonnylag You said it all in one sentence. I cannot believe how overlooked this beautiful and extremely talented lady has gone for years. People who couldn't hold a candle to her is known internationally and there she remains, the precious little secret of a group of devoted fans.

I played in a kansas city band that backed local KC musicians for a song writer showcase. Iris was one of the singer songwriters that would perform with us in around 1985. She was great then and we new here in KC that she was going places.
