  • My sweet ballerina!!!

  • I'm a guy, and i don't do any ballet, but i can sure say you've got amazing strength and skill! and you've been improving for four years. Awesome xD

  • i wish i took ballet :(

    my studio doesn't offer it

  • your really good, but just make sure you don't over rotate your left leg! other than that your amazing! :)

  • Amazing vid!!! Can somone give me any advice on how to do fouttes? I genuinly wanna do them great. I can kinda do them but I travel a bit and get dizzy and loose my spot (even though I'm spotting!) any advice would be great! :D x

  • Comment removed

  • so good!

  • GOOD GIRL!

  • and what do they say to dancers who are not scary skinny? 'they're bad dancers' hahahhahaha feast your eyes on this and eat those words.

  • You're amazing !!! Great job !!

  • Extraordinary!!! I love how you really use the a la second on the turns. Just a tip for finishing so you don't wipe out: start bringing the working leg into passe sooner about 4 turns before you want to finish and start to really focus on the turn out plie of the standing leg, that way you slow down your momentum and can control your awesome ending. Just try experimenting. I hope you continue to dance and have a wonderful career. Beautiful!!!!

  • hehe love the ending!

*perfect turns, perfect turns, perfect turns.... flop* lol

    your amazing

  • amazing turnss!

  • the fall at the wnd means you couldve gone on... :)

  • I cant stop watching this!!! A.M.A.Z.I.N.G!!!

  • really beautifull! I'm doing pointes for a while now but I really can't do turning fouettes.. So extremely difficult , you make it look like it's easy..

    Great Job

  • your turns are very strong, just watch your wrists, they flip down and give the 'swimming' look, other than that they are great :)

  • YOU ARE AMAZING i love the fall at the end you are sooooo good! keep dancing

  • thats awesome i can only do 10 in a row

  • Those were amazing!!!!! SO clean and perfect.

  • WOAH you are amazing. your shoulders are going up when you are turning. keep up the good work:)

  • oh my goodness!!!!

  • amazing !!!! you traveled a bit but other than that great

  • Amazing! Not to bad for a 'crappy' job as you refer better actually lol

  • I always wondered myself how do u keep focused after more then 3 fouettes . it looks gerouges. BRAVO

  • beautiful, brava!

  • The fouettes are fantastic. I'm just not too fond of when people do them changing the spot so they turn in a circle simultaneously, I think it looks cheesy

  • Amazing :) I can do that many.....just not on pointe :) GOOD JOB! :)

  • you are soo good may i ask how old you are

and how long have you been on pointe

and do you get really baad blisters

im in intermediate and i have to do pointe in my exam this year

    i have really weak ankles

i was just wondering if you could give me any tips thanxs :)

  • those are amazing fouettes! as well as an amazing dancer, you seem like a genuinely nice person who fully enjoys dancing! how old were you here?

  • @dancingthrulife52 I do enjoy dancing very much :). I was 16 when this video was taken.

  • Your fouettes are really good! I wish I could do that!

  • damn girl, your fouettes are amazing .. I wish i could do that!!!

  • Dude. I can do 30 on flat no problem, but when it comes to turns en pointe i fail miserably :/

  • WOWWWWWWWWW SOO MANY AND PERFECT please do a tutorial or something ! cause I just can't do this !! maybe one passed and then I fall LOL :/ Do u have advices ??please lol

  • wow.

    they were so..... perfect....

  • do you slowly make your way off camera to be sick every where? :p i know i would!

  • only 31, but still awesome! XD

  • bEAUTIFUL!!!

  • O.O dude. your like my idol. i practise my fouette turns everynight and the most i can do it 3 :(

  • Wow!! Thats great!! How old are you???

  • VANESSA! i knew this was you when i watched this video like two years ago, and saw you turn at world ballet, i KNEW this video was you lol

  • @2Dudes1Chick Bahahaha! <3

  • wow!!!

  • GREAT!

  • wow! wonderful grace and beauty!

  • Bravo that was excellent

  • very nice turns i like that you dont lose your blance throughout the turn sequence and your four corner fuetes were awesome your spotting is amazing

  • impressive how she can change her spot

  • wow....u r realllllyyy good. i can't do fouettes en pointe yet. wow!

  • Really good turner, and technique is strong when you rise to a full a la seconde before pulling in for the turn.

I think it would be much nicer if you didn't turn the leg in when it's to the side so much and if you'd point to the maximum, especially at the ankle.

  • You should try spotting, besides that you did pretty goodd (:

  • @lovelyvaleria She is spotting, and she changes her spot from front to side to back to side and to front again. That is very difficult!

  • @lovelyvaleria SHE IS SPOTTING!!!!! IN FACT SHE DID BETTER THAN JUST SPOT! SHE CHANGED HER SPOT!!!!!! i admire this dancer so much!

  • Don't feel too bad! I can't do fouettes to save my life! :)

  • That is so kool! I wish I could do that!

  • Pretty good!!!!!!!

  • @Gymnasticseverywhere Spotting will help a lot with corner fouettes. Spot each corner you are executing.

  • gosh!! that was so perfect and controlled and it looked beautiful!! keep up the good work! and for all those people out there who thinks that this amazing girl is 'plump' then think again! she has the perfect body figure. if anything, she has lots of strong muscles which is needed for ballet. this was amazing, well done girly.

  • this was amazing! but in the description you said you werent even trying! you trying to make me feel like a horrible danceer? when i try i can do like 2! hahaa im kidding..

  • You are a beautiful dancer!! I hope one day I will be able to do that!! :D

  • woah! ur amazing!

  • shes bloody amasing!

  • I <3 ur passe!

  • If you 'weren't trying' for those, the ones when you do try must be pretty dang good....

  • honestly, these are the best fouettes ive seen on youtube.you have SO MUCH control over everything!! i dont care if your landing wasnt your best, thats truly amazing and you should be really proud!!!

  • you are gorgeous!!!

  • Where did you get your leotard and your skirt? They are beautiful-- like you!

  • NICE!

  • You call that crappy?? o.e TAKE THAT BACK! lol. I cannot do a single fouette. God bless you! You are going to be a star, girl! Go for it! Show no fear! ;3 rawr. Beyond amazing.

    Ps- LOVE the studio.

  • Ok, So when You faced all Sides during your fouettes, is there a "proper ballet term" for doing that?? I self taught myself how to do Fouettes and I do them just like that! But I dont know what I should call them considering Im not spotting in the same direction each time i fouette. I do afew Fouettes to the front and then I end up continuously going to each side! Is there a name for that? Your BEAUTIFUL. anyone who calls you plump is INSANE. Your gorgeous, keep up the good work! <3

  • OMG YOU ARE SO GOOD !! but you kinda lost your spotting around the end ! hahaha i wish i could do what you can !

  • YOUR AMAZING!!! And you have got a perfect body for ballet :) Very lucky, keep up the good work xx

  • i've legit watched this so many times...such an inspiration!! i hope i can do 32 one day:)

  • wow this is amazing! your so not plump , god, i hope nobody thinks that about me, but dude, that is amazing! i hope i'm as good as this one day! and i love your laugh at the end!

  • Comment removed

  • spotless spotting (no pun intended) absolutely magnificent. even the ending wasn't bad.

  • awesome

  • Not Plump At all!

She's got muscle and a beautiful body!!!!

    She's a great dancer!!!

  • Bravo, they're really good! I'm actually trying to practice my fouettes at the moment - they're shocking - do you maybe have any tips on how to improve them? :) I've been on pointe for years so I'm definitely strong enough to manage, but I still have problems keeping my balance...

PS, I agree with everybody else in that I have an identical body type to you (I actually have a problem closing my fifth because of the size of my calf muscles from athletics) and DON'T LET PEOPLE SAY YOU'RE PLUMP!

  • man i wish i could be as "plump" and TALENTED as her! lol

  • wow!! amazing! i wish i could do that!! you are not plump at all!! great job! never stop dancing! :D

  • wow shes amazing at them!!

  • wow. you are SSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSOOOOOOOOOOO good.

and not plump at all! very thin, acutally. (:

have fun dancing! and i hope youre doing well in your math major!

    xxxx

  • and omg you are so not plump you are very thin!

  • i get chewed out for whiping that leg around behind me like that...

  • @ChangelessAngelx No one cares. Do you have something to prove? This is one thing I HATE about dancers (not all, obviously!)- a lot of you must think it makes you better to point out others' imperfections. It will never make you more talented. The only thing that will make you a better dancer is you. To point out someone else's flaws will only bring negative attention to yourself. Just a word of advice. Kay, bye now. <3

  • @marym2011 I was actually pointing out that I did the same thing on my turns . The comment that you made was pointless and over-exaggerated.

  • omg those were amazing.

  • you have a perfect body

and woaw you are so amazing

i guess i need to practice alot too, you are my inspiration

cant understand why someone would call you plump???

    weirdo

  • i like how you just change spots in the middle of it, like it's no big deal. you rock lol

  • OMG, your amazing,

    im speachless,

i wish i could do that but fouettes arnt that good lol

    your an grate dancer xxx

p.s could you please tell me how to come stronger on point

    it would realyy help

    thanks xx

  • Im not sure if you were doing this on purpose but around 19 seconds your leg started extending towards the back of the room or oppisite of the camera. I know at my studio we do that sometimes but with italians. Good job though!!

  • WOW!! shes SO good!!!!!

  • you r rlly good

  • Wow, this girl is beautiful... looks perfect, I would like to study again, but leave it, now I am 13 and I can not return... That beautiful, amazing...

  • it´s absolutely perfect!!!

  • your turns look sooo good!!and you dont move that much when you spin!! is it difficult to change your spotting when turning??

  • great spotting ! good job -keep dancing-

  • Comment removed

  • you're so talented! how long did it take for you to be able to do that?

  • Do you have a tutorial on how to fouette? All the other that I've watched arent helping me..

  • those were good, except you kept changing your spot about half way through it went from the front to the side, to the back to the side, then back to the front but in no specific timing, so it didn't seem like it was supposed to be like that

  • Im really confused...ur spot is changing direction like every 5 seconds..

  • @rockenzapper

she's meaning to do that! its a technique. harder to do than regular fouettes.

  • @rockenzapper It's supposed to be that way.

She first does several fouettes facing the front. Then she faces each of the four walls once. So like :

    Front, Front, Front, Front,

Left side, Back, Right side, Front, front, front.

  • Your fouettes are very good! You make them look easy and your style is strong. Great! Ps. Your not even close to being plump.

  • how long did that take to learn?

    It's amazing!

  • @leighNrich When I was about 13 years old, I used to practice my fouettes every night. I made sure to do one more fouette than I did the night before, so within a month, I was able to do 32. Just keep working and gaining strength...

  • @Ball3r1naV3e It's fantastic, I've only attempted them a few times but I think I'l try it more often! lol I can only do two, but really slowly.. Haha

  • @Ball3r1naV3e That's what I did too! I ensured that I could do one more the next day. It worked great.

  • @Ball3r1naV3e

I don't have any room in my house to practice =(

  • awesome!!!!

  • Admire u!

  • frig the person who said you were plump. you look very healthy to me! seems to me you're 3 up on the majority of people in this world: the over-weight and dumb couch potatos. kudos for being a math major but still taking time for something you love.

  • your fouette are beautiful *.*

  • Wow!! Great job!!!! Thats really nice!!! How old are you?

  • @thefourandonly1

    she was barely 17 here.

  • @annienotamusical Thanks for doing my job, love. hahaha. I fail at replies :P

  • HOLY CRAP! YOU CAN DO THAT ON POINTE?!?! i can barely piroutee on pointe. jesus christ!

  • DAMN! O.O<3

  • fan-freekin'-tastic!

  • I think they were beautiful traveled a little but beautiful I miss my ballet days I kinda wish I didn't give it up

  • That was awesome :D I'm not a ballet dancer (definitely not the body for it) but that was amazing :)

  • absolutely phenomenal job! keep up the great work!

  • Very good, I love how you changed your spot around the walls, the ending was too good.

  • how long did it take for u to learn those?

  • that was SO. GOOD.

you are so well placed, that was fackin amazing, ohmigod! i was just watching alys shee before and you are far better than her! my god, i am so extrodinarily jealous of how much fun that looks, it's things like this that make me keep trying at ballet

oh god can't get over how good that was

    you're awesome!!

  • GREAT! I especially like your turn quality in the very beginning

  • @ersteerste oh whatever. obviously not, nor did I ever plan on doing so.

I'm a mathematics major and I dance because I love it.

I'm sorry that you spend your time bashing on people's hobbies and loves in life.

    Sad.

  • Plump? Seriously??

@Ball3r1naV3e you have what 99% of men (including me) would consider a perfect body.

  • @ratchevs Unfortunately, the professional ballet world doesn't adhere to a very wide spectrum when it comes to the perception of what your body looks like; You're either stick-thin or you're too "plump".

  • @ratchevs unfortunatly, the opinion of most men isnt a compliment anymore ...

  • @Ball3r1naV3e You are gorgeous and not plump at all.

  • @Ball3r1naV3e You are gorgeous and not plump at all.

  • @Ball3r1naV3e plump????? Girl, I think you have a great figure. Keep dancing gorgeous!

  • @Ball3r1naV3e Exactly. And to the ersteerste guy, CAN YOU DO THAT?!?!?!?!

  • @ersteerste and I suppose you are in the school?

  • @ersteerste If she is plump then I guess you are anorexic.

  • @ersteerste you are maybe?

  • @ersteerste dude, seriously? people only focus on the best of the best in the ballet world. If you're not the best, it doesn't mean you can't go professional. You can be a professional ballet dancer with the proper training, but it doesn't mean that you'll be a soloist or a principal. Many dancers are corps ballet and they're happy with that and still look for perfection. She could have gone professional if she wanted to. This is really good! Besides, there are other schools, not just vaganova

  • @ersteerste what an incredibly rude thing to say, probably coming from someone twice her size

  • @ersteerste Her fouettes are MUCH BETTER than Alina Somova's, who graduated from Vaganova.

  • @ersteerste why would you even say somrthing so rude!?she is NOT fat!!!so what if she wouldn't make it, good luck trying to find someone who would!! and she has AMAZING tecnique so does it matter,i would love to see you try to do fouettes as good as her!! next time don't be so rude.

  • @ersteerste Ha! I bet you're plump, no obese!! She's perfectly fine, in fact, quite beautiful in my opinion.

  • @ersteerste,

plump? not sure what you are talking about. She is at a healthy weight and she could gain 50 pounds and still be gorgeous. Her turns are fabulous and FYI dance companies don't look for dancers who are skin and bones any more, they look for the dancers who actually have muscle (like her) and who have some body fat on them. Her strength is amazing. @Ball3r1naV3e, don't let anyone put you down. You're perfect the way you are.

  • @ersteerste please kindly shut the fuck up.

pretentious bitch. People like you make me sick. These type of terrible, vile, disgusting comments invoke eating disorders in vulnerable girls. The original poster is obviously too strong to be agitated by you :)

No one asked for your goddamn opinion, you snarky cunt.

    Get some social skills.

  • your fouettes are fab! so tight and clean. and i love your leotard :)

  • beautiful

  • Beautiful foettes :) You hit each position perfectly

  • heeyy! u should upload more videos of yourself NOW!! :) im guessing youve improved since then, and you were amazing already!

  • BEAUTIFUL!

  • wow really clean and controlled! (with an awesome ending :P)

  • omg there amazing! i can only do like 6!:)

  • it looks so easy. thats great. a good ballerina makes things look easy

  • These are amazing!!! You are such a beautiful turner!! You'll go far in this world (:

  • thats good :)

  • I just got en pointe! I love it, it is so much fun!! LOVE your fouettes! ( cant wait until my class can learn.. thats gonna be a long time to go -.- )

  • DANG GIRL!!! You are soo good!! How do you do that?? I can only do like one or two.. :((

  • Did you seriously just do your fouettes turning? oh my goodness.

  • Wow! That was incredible - I can't believe the way you spotted around like that. As someone else said - the ending was the only thing that proved you are human!!

  • wow!

  • i've never seen such clean fouettes from a non professional before!!

  • Your turns are beautiful :D

  • 美麗~

  • Wow, a 150,000 views. It never gets old!

  • amazin'

  • oh my gosh. your turns are fucking amazing, and so beautiful, and when you were circular spotting, i was in confusion as to whether or not you were human, but then at very end you fucked up, so i decided you were. but you know what? you popped RIGHT back in again. barely even noticed it. nice job, your very talented :)

  • i look up to you!!! i want to be able to do fouettes like that when i get older:)

  • wow this is greattt! i find it better i can pirouette with my hair up in a bun lol ;L i love the fall at the end! you landed gracefully to say it was a mistake ;L i can see why with the dizzyness lol

  • Looks amazing! I love affect of the light causing a spinning shadow beneath you! Itt looks sooo neat! Great job, I only hope to be able to do this someday!

  • WOW! I counted 38 amazing!

  • how amazing was that!

  • amazing!!!
