Great Video. I like your bench solution. You can get the K3 in the UK from Axminster Tools prices at £93 plus Vat. Axminster sell a lot of Kreg tools including the pocket screws and the pocket hole dowels.
the only thing I dont like is with the holes being at such an angle they are hard to fit a dowel in to cover the screw as sometimes under a shelf you can see the holes.

You can buy wood or platsic plugs to cover them up. --Looks great
