I can really relate to this song.. so much it's not even funny. We all have our times when were going through a rough spot that seems hopeless, but have to just hang in there because we know that God will give us comfort and guide us along the way. <3

One of my best friends died last night from a gun accident. It wasn't anyone's fault.. just God's will. His name was Ben. He was only 15, and had a whole life in front of him. He left behind his mom, dad and older brother. His sister died from a drunk driver when Ben was younger, and I can't even imagine how hard it is for his older brother to be alone with neither of them there anymore. Please keep his family in your prayers.

Rest in peace, Ben. May angels lead you in.

I have no idea where you get that God is indecisive in this song. READ the lyrics, if you can't really tell what he's saying. He's WAITING on God's answer. He feels.. alone, away from God.. and he's giving it all to the ONLY ONE who can hold his heart. Please. Don't put more into it than is there, or take less than they have to give here.

@fallensword07 in the old testament, it does say not to mark your body with ink somewhere, but it also said to not plant two different types of seed in the same field. It was also more aimed towards witchcraft or pagan worship.

For me personally, I think it depends on what you're getting a tattoo of. If it has meaning and a positive message then go for it. But if it's negative or hurtful or anti-God then obviously it wouldn't seem like the best idea.

@fallensword07 well in the bible, it says the body is the temple of god. but it also says some where that you can't get the name of someone that died (like as a memory) put on your body. there is no place where it says that you cannot. but if you think it is a sin for you don't do it. People have different opinons. Like clapping, or jumping in churches is wrong.

All of you are overlooking a huge fact...there was the cross. The cross acts as a filter from old testament to new. In the old testament, forgiveness was earned. But through Christ we are given forgiveness through grace!

Also... to the guys on the subject of the tattoos. You need to read in context. He is not talking about just getting a tattoo, he is talking about paganism

so i don't know if anyone involved in the writing of this song would ever see this but oh well... i wanted to say that this song really touched my heart, i heard and loved it ever since this past summer but it really became real to me around new years when my 22 year old brother died in a car accident...there were a lot of questions and i'll never get the answers. this song really helped me get over being angry with God and trying to figure out why he took my brother. thanks for the great music.

Well I mean I did, but I didn't mean literal tone deaf yelling, I just meant getting loud so they could hit the high notes. They have the mike turned up loud so you can hear the beginning and middle so when they get even remotely loud they turn their heads because the mikes are cut up so loud.

They turn their heads because as a singer you have to hit certain notes that are hard to hit unless you get really loud, so they turn their heads away from the mike that way they can yell and hit that note with out being insanely loud.
