I called Orlando the Eastern Conference Champions. That's what they are, and what they will be for the next year. Talk all the shit you want to about the Lakers holding homecourt, but at least the Magic are in this situation. 28 other teams can't say the same.

And Bron will re-sign with Cleveland because it's his hometown and they have a shitload of cap space clearing up that they can use to bring in some guys to help him in the next two offseasons. Even if he does leave, I doubt it's for NY.

I'm aware that New York is a large media market. So is LA (Clippers). So is New Jersey (plus they have his buddy Jay-Z).

And I hate to break it to you, but if LeBron doesn't use his player option, the Knicks will only have about $700,000 more in cap space than the Cavs next summer. Cleveland will be working hard to bring talent around him these next two off-seasons.

My prediction: LeBron re-signs, Knicks have to settle for signing T-Mac and Ray Allen and continue to suck.
