As you will see this was posted on December 10, 2007 and as you well know Wendy was in no way been cleared it was decided by her friends in the Electoral Commision that despite Wendy breaking, and admitting to break the law she would not be reported to the procurator fiscal for prosecution due to 'insufficient' evidence.

I saw oor Wendy on The Politics Show today. I think it is reprehensible that a person such as Ms. Alexander who has been at the top of Scottish politics for nearly a decade can blame some poor clerk in a parliamentary office. Politicians blaming civil servants for a sticky situation is the oldest trick in the book and is disgusting. Wendy is typical of New Labour in that she has no interest in helping people. She like oor Jack and David Whitton are only interested in maintaining their position.
