I may not understand clearly what the German law it is! As far as I remember, Carla's father appointed her as the successor as the head of holding in his will, is that still can be changed? As he own the company he can decide to whom he want to be the new head. Is that so?
In his testament stood that the head of the family is the boss of the holding. So... Ansgar is the head, but his father knows him well... so he wanted, that the "next head of the family" rulez in the company. --> also Carla. But now... Francesca is the head of the family, so this position belongs to her!

'Francesca' says that she read her sister's diary very well. Carla says 'Stella' (aww) and Constantine asks if it is a new flame.

Constantine says that if he was Ansgar that he would wonder about that. Ansgar says that he has more important things to be doing. Carla says that she doesn't have a good feeling about it and thinks that Elizabeth leaving the castle is just the beginning.
'Francesca' says that she will try to improve things. Carla says 'that's laughable'. Carla says to Leo 'you miss Sarah' and says that she talked to Elizabeth. Carla said that she told Elizabeth that she should have said goodbye, and that Elizabeth says that she didn't have the heart to do it. Leo asks where she is now. Carla tells him that she is on the way to the airport. Leo asks if she is going on holidays. Carla says that she is going to Greece to visit Nina.
Carla tells him to shut up. Ansgar asks why did Elizabeth leave the castle without saying goodbye if they are bound together so well. Carla says that as much as they wish, they won't get rid of Elizabeth so easily. Ansgar says that the fact that she has packed her bags is a a beginning. 'Francesca' asks when will they all settle their differences. Carla says does 'Francesca' think that her being at the castle makes things any better.

'Francesca' says that Elizabeth has left the castle. Leo says 'already'. Carla says 'without saying goodbye to us'. Ansgar asks her if she is disappointed and says that she can meet up with step-mother for a coffee at any time. Ansgar says that regardless how warm Elizabeth was towards them, it comes down to power and money in the end.
