That's the standard AION UI. You can choose the map/hp bar to be at the top or bottom.

Hm...seems i missed out on alot of the pvp because i was 2 busy tryin 2 lvl. O well, it won't be that way come retail. Took sept.20-22 off of work jus for headstart =).
