first of all it does recognize the audi so long as u use the FME...and alsao how did u get the dazzle to work on a vista

When I select capture device and put it on my dazzle the screen just closes. yes I chose the configuration file.

whats that thing called that you plug into the head phone jack

I believe it is Y-Adapter, Phono Jacks to Stereo 1/8" Plug.

If you go to Radioshack you can ask them, it is fairly standard.
