Ok second time watching I have a question. At the end he has the note from Dean but then after when he says "I will", it looks like he had got a voicemail so could someone please explain?

It wasn't Sam getting a voice mail. It was just him saying aloud to himself to respond to Dean's letter. I didn't mean for it to come across like that, it was the only clip I could find when Sam says, "I will."
Anyway I'm really glad you liked my video though. You should take a look at In Sam's Time Of Dying, its something similar to this video.

i think that is from episode scarecrow,sam wants to find john but dean keeps with his work so they split,and dean call sam and says him goodbye and to take care of himself and he says i will,something like that,spnep4ever have whole episode uploaded here :)
