did you just throw them down and that was it? ive tried that on more than one occasion and it doesnt seem to do it for me. and things like patches are too expensive to buy for themto end up not working. or have you heard of anything that has a good success rate?

and when youre really 'nicking you can rub the patch. . . its freakin bliss im telling you. no b.s. feels better than a cigarrette. no lie.
