It's a tournament called Bf2Combat, the mod is made by the organisers and is a mixture of bits and pieces from other Bf2 mods. The timed C4 comes with the engineer kit, and is set to 20 seconds (i believe it is taken from the Australian Forces mod, but i'm not sure).
