Intro in Martial Science (Organs and their functions) 2 of 5

Last year I was heavily into practicing Zhan Zhuang qi gong & Xing Yi 5 elements to balance the emotions & energies etc. There was a period of time during my practicies when I would began qi gong my left eye would water up alot in the inside corner. I wasn't sure as to why, I felt maybe it was detoxyfing in some way. But I am not sure & got no closure on what may be behind my eye watering &/or what it meant health wise. Could you possibly shed some light?

Also, basically what all that means is there is an earth bound part of the soul that retains some memories sometimes of the previous person that used it. The GOD part of the soul accends out of this world and does not return. The GOD part of the soul is the real soul the Earth part is just a support system for the GOD part to live here.

thank you. When i asked about chakra's i meant the spiritual chakra's like the heart or the third eye. I personally believe that all the meridians and channels and everything is just at the stomach or dahn jung chakra because thats what you use for healing and there are other energy centers like it but with different levels of spirituality. So the dahn jung is less spiritual than the heart chakra. What do you know about that? In yoga they believe in chakra's hence why i'm asking.

i'm trying to understand this, I've read your comments about 3 times I'll read it a few more times. Choson ninja (another youtuber) believed in getting chi from the air. I used to practice this and it worked fairly well. ground energy works better but am i just getting energy from nature? I don't remember the name of the art form but it was the belief you could get energy from nature.

You are quite correct about the energies. Qi gong does the same thing as far pulling in energy from air, trees, and nature in general.

Assuming you are not familiar with the terms I would use to explain this I will summarize my answer. There is a system of the body that supports the spirit just like there is a system that supports blood flow through the body to support the Heart. There are 4 basic parts to it. However we will be focusing on just three of them. The "Po" is a Yin based energy support systems of the body.

Translation: It is in charge of all of the Yin or Negative functions of the body as they relate to the Spiritual System. Such as automatic heart beat, lung inspiration, and Nerve responses. The "Hun" is the Yang based support system of the body. It is in charge of the GOD parts of the Spiritual System. Such as Connection to GOD, Spiritual fulfillment, and sense of purpose. The "Yuan Shen" is the Original Soul.

When Christianity for example refers to your Soul, that is the one they are talking about. Ok, now that we have that out the way. Let's put it together. The "Po" is of the Earth and is reabsorbed and recycled by the earth to make another "Soul Capsule" after the death of the owner so that is may be used now for someone else who is to be born. Sometime the energy is the Po is not completely recycled and it retains memories from the previous owner/owners (sometimes it build up).

This is most noticeable in children before the age of 2. Before the age of 2 the childs "Hun" is not fully grounded in the body, so the spiritual system is mostly Po. You can see this when they are choosing the Dali Lama. They take a child before the age of 2 and place things that belonged to the Dali Lama before him. Then they see if he chooses all of the same items that belonged to the Dali Lama in his "Previous Life".

But, it is not the "Yuan Shen" (Which crosses over at death leaving this world) it is the Po. I can to a clearing technique on anyone who says they have "Past Life Problems" and within a few minutes it is all gone. That is not to say that they are not experiencing "Past Life Problems" only that the "Past Life Problems" they are experiencing is not their own. It is the previous owner/owners of the Po that had the problem.

Now the new recipients body is using this Slightly used model to support their own existence here. The new recipient may have Memories or Feelings they cannot explain. This is where they come from. There is a lot more to this. I suggest that you look in to a set of books by Grandmaster Jerry Alan Johnson. The books are titled Chinese Medical Qi gong Therapy Volumes 1-5.
