  • Is the car (TA) for Sale?

  • @olds98123 No, this one is not for sale. The owner is very happy with it. Thanks for watching!

  • Hey I was wondering how much do you spend on a full tank of gas

  • beautiful!

  • @toothmaker22000 Thanks for taking a look at it!

  • thats the best looking Trans-Am I have ever seen; fantastic work fella's; maximum respect!

  • @markbradleyf1 Thanks for checking it out!

  • Beautiful bro!.. I love watching your videos man

  • @jerryherrador323 Thanks for watching, I appreciate it!

  • The Trans Am in my opinion is a car far superior to the Camaro.I know both are GM and both are basicly the same car with a few differences but to me the T/A is the powerhouse of the two.I had a 1980 Turbo T/A from 1982 to 1984 and I regret the day I traded it in on another car.It has always been my dream to get another T/A in top knotch condition with no restoration needed.I loved these cars since the early 70's and never thought I would own one even if for only 2 yrs.Maybe again one day!

  • bad ass sob!

  • otra vez este pendejo!!!! entro a ver una pick up 79 y esta este mongolo, entro a ver un mustang mach y ahi esta, entro a ver el trans am 79 q es mi favorito y aqui esta a ya me encabrone!!!!

  • My FAVORITE cars of all time, had one back in high school. THIS ONE is by far the most gorgeous one I have ever seen.

  • @zackster29 Thanks for taking a look! It really did turn out nice.

  • Hey. I also have a 1979 firebird(sad not the TA but I still love it) I was just wondering if you had any specific retailers you got parts from.

  • One of the most flawless, like new, not overly-customized 79s I've seen. What would a similar one set me back...I'm guessing 60k-70k?

  • IMO, these were some of the very best forgotton HOTRODs out there...only bad thing about this one,in the video....it isn't sitting in my driveway.

  • @Wayneman117 I'm a big fan of these too....thanks for taking a look!

  • HOW DID YOU WIND UP WITH A BUICK/ STILL COOL

  • I CAN SMELL THE PAINT WATCHING THIS VIDEO!!! AMAZING

  • @CULVER729 Glad you like it.......thanks for watching!

  • cooooooool man ,, nice work done its look great , all the best .

  • @chevytermo Thanks for watching!

  • That's a lovely car!, I love these cars, I'm in England, always loved American cars and and I've ended up with a 68 Camaro (not that i'm complaining lol, only a base 327, my channel) but i'm seriously thinking when i sell it, getting one of these!!!!!!!!! or a '77 undiceded.

  • @peteq1972 Nothing wrong with a 68 Camaro ...you can get quite a bit of power out of that 327 too. I've always liked the front end styling of the 77 Trans Am myself. Thanks for watching!

  • Its a really badass car, but man if it was manual that thing would be a hell of alot fun!

  • FANTASTIC... MY FAVOURITE CAR...

  • @Hatejews1 Thanks for checking it out!

  • Great job, Great car!.

    FANTASTIC!!!

    Thanks.

    Aspide.

  • @TheTurbobooster Glad you like it.........thanks for checking it out!

  • Looks great until you popped the hood to reveal the Buick engine. . . The owner should have used a Pontiac 455. Anyway, I hope the transmission was upgraded to a TH400.

  • Man what a great restoration that looks beautiful. I to have a 79 trans am with the hope of restoring it. My interior is a lot like that ones, if he had a pack of rabid raccoons go in and go completely ape shit on everything. Envy! Anyway awesome paint, awesome engine, amazing car.

  • @KODxReignx Thanks for checking it out. I think they did a great job on it too. Good luck with yours as well.

  • "WoW" I can't believe it when people put that much into a restoration with a suede or cloth interior and leave out the A/C! I mean really if your gonna do it right spend the extra few bucks and put the A/C in!!!

  • @Evmcevil He may intend on putting the A/C on at some point, I'm not sure. I know I've gotten to where I hate living without it. Thanks for checking it out!

  • CLEAN! WOW!

  • @DancingEar08 Thanks for taking a look!

  • exhaust tips are a bit too low but... wow nice car! great paint

  • @samsdad900 Thanks for checking it out!

  • Wow. That is really nice. I have a 92 Trans Am that needs to be restored but at 49 years of age I grew too old for the car and will sell it soon.

  • @georgegrasser I don't think you're too old, but I guess it's true that tastes do change with time. Thanks for watching!

  • i love this car, it just screams 70's, from the bird on the hood, to the crazy paint, to the T-tops, to the split exhaust, to the taillights, to the snowflake rims... soooo sexy

  • @psychoclown420 It definitely is cool......thanks for checking it out!

  • wasnt sure bout that color at first but u made it work out well

  • @flamingflattier Thanks ...the owner is real happy with how it turned out.

  • You know how to do videos. great job..

  • @odewepe Thanks, I appreciate that. I was a little under the weather that day. The car sure turned out well though. Thanks for watching!

  • OH MY GOSH. That is without the doubt, the BEST LOOKING trans am i have ever seen. what a job guys, hell of a job! well done indeed! post more videos of it plzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzz!!!!!

  • Absolutely stunning! That color is a real head turner. Especially with the gold accents. The Buick 455 makes it even more interesting. All the BOP 455s were torque monsters but I love the Buick. The hard core Pontiac guys might be a little insulted, but hey if they could be bought with an Olds motor why not a Badas s Buick? At least it's still BOP and not Chevy. The Buick's the lightest of them all. Bet that thing is scary fast if it hooks up!

  • do you know how much the owner paid for that to be done

  • Man, where did you find the tail lights? i cant find any for mine. and what is the switch next to the air conditioning controls?

  • @cts0115 i cant say for sure for this model (i assume it's the same), but on my 77 it's a rear window defogger switch

  • Man, where did you find the tail lights? i cant find any for mine.

  • Man I'm drooling all over my keyboard, this one sure is a beauty! I love how it turned out! GREAT!

  • @JimBryanMusic Thanks for checking it out! I was real impressed with the finished product too. They sure did some quality work.

    Hope she's yours=)

  • @cry2love No, unfortunately this one isn't mine, but she sure is a beauty. Thanks for taking a look!

  • THANK YOU FOR YOUR VIDEOS,

GOD BLESS YOU FOR YOUR LOVE TO THIS STEEL ART ! =)

  • STUNNING!

  • @rawnie79 Thanks for checking it out!

  • why did they put buick motors in them?

  • @ericou812 they didnt that motor was put into it by someone els original heater car tho whitch was cool i miss the old seats tho bucket seats i like much more then the cloth they put in it lol but its not my car anymore so he can do whatever lol :P

  • thats a very beautiful color.

how much does the all the decals cost?

  • @ericou812 I'd say roughly about 300 dollars for the kit, if you do it yourself. I'd recommend having a pro do it though, so you get everything perfectly straight.

  • how much does the all the decals cost?

  • I hope you guys put a new rear end on it I remember burning out for the first time in the car single tier fire lol but it was amazing was 14 at the time

  • That was actually my first car bought it for 1800 guy thought the motor was bad put on a new carb and ot ran amazing thank you guys you did everything I wanted to do lol looks a lot better in that color then moron and white

  • is it possible to put a air scoop on a 79 trans am?

    please reply!

  • @HaloTitan128 What do you mean by "air scoop"? Of course it is. It all depends on how much work you are willing to do or how much money you want to spend.

  • i had one i really liked with a 403 olds factory in it same year but it sure wasnt nice like that

  • @tedhaze1 I'm a huge fan of Trans Am's too. Thanks for taking a look at it!

  • What brand of clear was used on this car? Its one of the shiniest Ive ever seen!

  • @jayrod2 I'll ask Jimmy, the next time I talk to him. Thanks for checking it out!

  • I was so glad when I saw this in my inbox, finally got a chance to get back to it and watch! Kickass!

  • @TheLionsDenNews It really turned out great. Thanks for following along with the build, Andy.

  • its hard to believe that car is 32 yrs. old. I remember seeing them on the street when they were "just another car"

  • @XboobtubeX Time does seem to fly by sometimes. I was looking at motorcycle the other day...it was a 99. In my mind, 1999 still seems almost new, then I thought about it for a second and realized that it's around 12 years old..lol

  • Cool! A great looking car!

  • @lllllll5s Thanks for checking it out!

  • beautiful looking car

  • i think the nicez thing on the T/A is the fisher t-top,they made other t -tops on T/A and they were not as big as the fisher t-tops...i have a 1978 T/A and it does not have the t-tops(sucks) the devil is in the detail VERY NICE JOB PEEEACE

  • @wildeyednorthernboy Thanks very much for checking it out, I appreciate it.

  • that is a sick car and your videos kick ass!

  • @redneckrollercoast1 Thanks for checking it out! I appreciate the comments!

  • I too had been wondering about the Trans Am. That guy did a helluva job, very nice. Is it for sale? Not that I could afford it, just wondering what a concourse restored Trans Am goes for. Thanks for showing us!

  • @marcellinasfigaro Thanks for checking it out! No, it's not for sale. I think they're looking forward to taking it to some car shows this summer.

  • Wow. I hope my Olds turns out half as nice! That color really pops on the computer screen, I can only imagine what it looks like in person!

  • @pearsonba350 It really does look amazing out in the sunlight. The camera doesn't really do justice to how nice it really is. Thanks for checking it out. I look forward to seeing how your Olds turns out.

  • NicE

  • @shartne Thanks for having a look at it!

  • Very cool..big smile!!...thanks for following that through

  • @raconter1 Thanks for checking it out, Jack!

  • well done. I like stock colors better, but you did a very nice job

  • @stephanie0061 Thanks for taking a look at it!

  • After looking at this makes me want to actually do something with my 96 trans am.

  • Best trans am i have ever seen hell of car thats gonna be winning alot of cars shows this year and that motor! thats a dream car

  • that trans am is perfect.I love the candy paint.I was supprised to see a buick under the hood but I don't blame him those engines rule.

  • @1320gearhead Yeah, at least the Buick is still GM and it's one hell of an engine.

  • That is the best trans am I've ever seen! Your so very right it couldn't have come out any better I'm very impressed! :) -3

  • that thing is freakin' slick. love how they painted everything, too. keeps it very very show worthy.

  • very nice car. looks very nice

  • YES FINALLY!!!!!!

  • @The1BadBird I apologize for the wait. Sometimes it's hard for people's schedules to match up. It really did turn out nice though. Thanks for watching!

  • I love the color, nice and deep red and the gold accents really set it off. Really nice car.

Thanks for sharing it with us, Jeff,

    George

  • i want it now

  • What a pretty car! That is one sick car Jeff. One of the nicest I have seen too. Do you know the Horse Power Jeff?

  • @gene978 Stock, they were over 350 Hp and 480 Lb ft of torque, so it's somewhere north of that. They could easily pick up some more power with an aggressive cam, but they kept it more mild and reliable.

  • @RamblinAround is this same motor under the turbo buick /

  • @koioo2 No, this engine is much bigger...nearly twice as big in fact. This is a 7.5 Liter V8 and the turbo Buick is only a 3.8L V6.

  • @RamblinAround sound was very quiet soft rumble v8

  • Damn nice! Im gnna get myself one of those... My 84 Pontiac Trans am and the 79 are my favorite! Nice video Jeff

  • sweet jesus that is awesome looking. the song works too. kan d, lol like the paint :B the color on the interior goes good with the paint. needs a 4 speed, even an auto, that thing probably ain't good on gas without overdrive. when you gonna get the owner to do some burnout and/or donuts for us?

  • @FatGuyWithAKatana You now how it is when something is brand new. Maybe a burnout in the future when it's a bit less perfect. They're planning on hitting some car shows with it this summer.

  • wow! amazing paint!

  • That turned out Really Super, That's way better than when it came outta the factory!! Great series Buddy!!☺

  • WOW!!! *faints*

  • Thats a real , real nice car , lovely.

  • @dutchurbanminer Thanks for taking a look, Pablo. It really did turn out well.

  • Wow Jeff this Pontiac turned up awesome and the paint is just sick : )

  • WOW that is an AWESOME paint color. Makes me want a candy apple... :)

  • Oh my god, they did a great job. Gorgeous car!!!.........WOW

  • @knifipu It really did turn out nice. Thanks for checking it out!

  • Love the car. Automatic though? Don't get me wrong the car is stunning, but all of that work and I would want a car that I can really drive, even if I do miss a shift or two ;D

  • @BigKleib34 Four speeds do make it more fun, but some people just like to cruise. Thanks for checking it out!

  • That car in a word just looks,Badass! Wow i really like that.

  • @pulse0000 Yep, it's one of my favorites for sure.

  • Outstanding car!

  • @desoto2001 Thanks for checking it out!

  • Can't get much better than that !!

  • @phill903 I agree, it turn out amazing! Thanks for watching!

  • no words than awesome fantastic.what a appeal trough the honeycom wheels.

what for motor buick what for type

  • @koioo2 It really turned out great! The motor is a Buick 455 with over 350 HP and around 500 Lb ft of torque. It's much stronger than any factory engine that was available in 1979.

  • I'm in love with that car <3

    Absolutely gorgeous!

  • @WolverinaWorld It really is a beauty. It's one of my all-time favorites for sure. Thanks for checking it out!
