@MrJimErkens Yeah, no joke. I didn't think it was really that horrible of a game, but the problem was that they not only attached the 'Final Fantasy' name to it, but made it a numbered entry. Those have become landmarks in video gaming, and XIII was, well... not.

see now what sucks about the FF series...no ALL games...is that nobody ever realizes what games people seem to like the most, so they keep changing them and making them suck more until nobody buys their shit and they go out of business.
for example: who do you know that plays the new shitty sonic games who played the old classics? its the same way with this; it started sucking after FF X2

@YokoX23 basically, once it was no longer Square SOFT and became Square Enix. if you remember, the original 10 had Square soft on it, while the greatest hits version had square enix.

They (the people of Square Enix) just have to stop being so lazy and make Advent Children into a game. That's it. Is that too much to ask for? They don't even have to come up with an original story line. Or they could always remake Final Fantasy VII for the PS2 or PS3. Redo the graphics, add some voices. Seriously. Though, if they make it for the PS3, I'll have to buy the system. I'd SOOOOO be worth it, though.
Re-make would be magnificent! My husband liked Advent Children, but refused to try original game because it had in his opinion bad graphics. People have gotten used to the "eyecandy", and shame that then they forget some real classics. I'd buy the thing too, if they made it.... Love the FF serie, that's why!
Yah, it seems that people have forgotten that FFVII was the FIRST Final Fantasy in 3-D. I'd be playing FFVII right NOW if: I had the game with me; i had the second disk; and I had a PS1 memory card.

I think this version is a bit modified - there's something in the rhythm that changes. Now I might be wrong, both versions are kinda the same (if not THE same).

What we want is Final Fantasy, aka, turn based/time gauge based RPG battle, not some boring auto-attack system.

i personally enjoy bulbs version MUCH MORE. MUCH more. he also does the prelude+bombfare+fanfare....look it up, tis quite epic, blows TBM outta the water imo.

They (the people of Square Enix) just have to stop being so lazy and make Advent Children into a game. That's it. Is that too much to ask for? They don't even have to come up with an original story line. Or they could always remake Final Fantasy VII for the PS2 or PS3. Redo the graphics, add some voices. Seriously. Though, if they make it for the PS3, I'll have to buy the system. I'd SOOOOO be worth it, though.

Re-make would be magnificent! My husband liked Advent Children, but refused to try original game because it had in his opinion bad graphics. People have gotten used to the "eyecandy", and shame that then they forget some real classics. I'd buy the thing too, if they made it.... Love the FF serie, that's why!

Yeah, and the story was really hooking. I know he'd love it, if I just got him to start the game. Thought that it'd be great to buy PSP and convert old games to that. Then the graphics wouldn't be half as bad. But, I'm currently broke.....=D Gotta rely on old box. Good thing it's working.=D

I think this version is a bit modified - there's something in the rhythm that changes. Now I might be wrong, both versions are kinda the same (if not THE same).
Either way this song is one of the best. Top 1 in my TES-IV and FF7/-AC musics ^^
