Masculinity remains defined on the concepts of Power and Conflict. So violence is a standard bearer wealth accumulation is a standard bearer Sexual conquest is a standard bearer...Empathy, Altruism and Pragmatism...not so much but I'm kinda so ashamed of saying it out loud, that The Wha-whaaa part was basically me masculine hazing myself.
Agreed. When will men figure out that sexism hurts them too? Some of my favorite things to do with my partner are the small things like cooking dinner (super sexy to cook with your man), doing laundry, cleaning the house and YES, doing household projects like building fences and installing sinks. :)
@manysharptongues I'm with a male feminist and loving every min. of it. He was raised by all womin! One morning me and him made breakfast together. Also, we talk about the future. I asked him once "if i had a higher paying job would that annoy you?" he said "no. that means that you have a higher paying job. I'd be proud of you. Some men are just crazy with thinking that they always have to be one step ahead of a femayle." He voted for Hillary!
