Yes, these are the same exercises I used after my ACL reconstruction...Your quads and hamstrings will get worked as well if you are using the 7 second rule...holding out for 7 seconds or longer you will also be strengthening the tendons and ligaments too...Please let me know how that is working out for you...Bill
Does this (more than 7 sec rule) apply to rehabilitating a leg/knee after ACL surgery. Should I do my lifts/exercises longer than more than 7sec so I make sure I am working all the other tendons and ligaments around my knee rather than just 'short' (less than 7secs) to activate the quads and hamstring? Any feedback would be greatly appreciated.
