Connery deserves this definately - so many iconic moments from modern cinema have him either in them or in the film they are from, he's made great movies and shite movies like every screen icon should. Is he the best screen Bond? I can't think of an arguement against that statement - but all I'll say is this; I love Connery's Bond it's the first and the best, but for me as a fan of Bond; Daniel Craig is in close second because he is more like the Bond in the books than people give him credit for
