What I do is use index on green (obviously), and middle left on red, then use index right hand for yellow, middle right for blue, and ring right for orange. Works very well.

nice. i used to use some retarded way where i woulduse my right arm (strumming arm usually) to hold green then tap using all 4 fingers of my left. however i sat down today and tried to learn using left hand for holding green and tapping just red, then with my right hand tap the remaining 3 colour with my middle finger. i learnt this within a couple of hours and can now 100% the intro, personally, i find it the simplest way, especially as i cant even do the method in the video above yet :S

You use 4 fingers i tried this way and i found it too hard on full speed but its good tutorial i found that i only hold green with my left hand and i hold red with my right hand and tap with one finger. i dont know if im the only one who does this but its effective and one thing it took me 3 weeks to perfect the intro working from slowest to fullspeed

Im sure u can, its not as fast as u think...u actually might be moving it over TOO fast. Its a pretty gradual transition, like i dont hurry to get it over to the blue at all and i hit it just right most of the time!

If by trigger you mean strum then he doesn't have to, these notes are called hammer-ons, meaning as long as you hit the note before it, you don't have to strum for it, you can tell the difference between hammer-ons and normal notes by looking at the center of the note, hammer-ons have very bright spots in the center.

This is such a good example/tutorial on how to do this intro. Follow exactly what he says, and graudally work your way up speeds. NOTE that using hyperspeeds (use 2 if your a fast tapper 3 if your slow or average) do increase your tapping speed. (ITS GOOD FOR YOU)
