Apuzzo has sued almost the entire government, I'm not surprised they'd like some additional time to coordinate some sort of response; which lawyer will file which memos for which party and so on.

Don't worry though, this will be dismissed quickly, Apuzzo's made several factually false assertions in his complaint and like all the other suits, has no standing.

Waiting for Third Circuit Court of Appeals to decide if they will hear oral arguments...Obama's team of course, continued to waste taxpayer resources (in lieu of settling the matter with an inexpensive birth certificate) & argued again not on the merits, but that Apuzzo's client Kerchner doesn't have standing, which is rather ridiculous, to think that even though Kerchner suffered a particular harm, b/c he's part of a huge group that also suffered particular harm, none have standing.

@SGTHartsock2, in this "Kerchner" case, Obamas arguing Kerchner doesn't have standing, but thats also argument úsed by him in other cases as well. Basic idea is that if a Mr. X defrauds or otherwise injures a Mr. Y, then a totally unrelated & unaffected Mr. Z has no "standing" to litigate, b/c Z hasn't suffered a particular harm to himself for which there's a remedy. But that makes no sense here, since Kerchner's suffered a particular harm, it's just he did so along w/many others.

During the time of his birth, according to the law, if he were born outside the US he would be ineligible to become president, his mother didn't reside long enough withing the US to convey her citizenship to him; regardless of that if he was adopted by Setoro; Indonesia doesn't allow dual citizenship and therefore would have had to relinquish his American citizenship to go to school there. Point being don't spend millions to fight this, just produce the vault copy and be done with it.

False, no law at the time allowed newborn to be registered, if born out of the state.. It's called Hawaii Revised Statutes 338-17.8 and it didn't exist until 1982.

False again, mothers divorce records show NO adoption.. All adoption while married must be addressed at the divorce LAW 101.

Obama isnt claiming he was born overseas, he is claiming he was born in America, so either he lied about being born in USA, but is still a citizen, which is fine, or he wasnt born in USA, in which case he would show a different set of papers.
