I really hope this opens someones eyes. I've already been trying to eat more healthy and exercise and it DOES help. Especially here up north when it's all dark, you just get crazy lazy and tired if you don't eat properly and move.

Also, when you feel pain while exercising, you have to decipher whether or not it is a "good" pain or a "bad" pain. "Good" pains mean that you're working your muscles and pushing them past their limits and will build up after they stop hurting, but "bad" pains can cause physical damage to your body. An example of a "good" pain is soreness in muscles and an example of "bad" pain is joint or tendon pain.
@syntaxerorr well if you think it doesn't ... whats the point of lifting weights at the gym ? ? ? and how about weight suits that pro athletes use .... its the same thing but with out the advertising behind the materials that are used.....

Seriously though, great video! I do walk all the time since that's the way I prefer to get around and I often make excuses to go out for a walk.
You can put this time to good use to. Bring an audiobook to listen to while you're on the move and you'll learn something new for example. :)

I walk to work!(45 minutes) and walmart(1 hour) I can't drive and half the time don't have bus fair and the other half I don't bother riding the bus
