I just can't say enough how much we are proud of you, Amy. I am making an inference, from what I gethered from the history; there're two critical periods in lao history, who responsible for destroying Laos: 1st, Ya-Mo in Kolot, caused King Anouvong to lose the war to Siam. 2nd, Prince Supanouvong "RED PRINCE", assisted comminists and Vietnam to conquer Laos. So, I don't have a country to claim..1/2 belongs to Thailand, and 1/2, belongs to Vietnam.

Her parents were refugees from Laos. They were hunted down by the Communists like animals, and became refugee in Thailland.  I think she should talk about the needs of Human-Right in Laos such as the Communist crimes of killing innoncent people, child trafficking, child prostitution, poverty, the spread of HIV, HPB, AIDS, STD, and destruction of

Rain Forest and Natural Habitats.

Recently, the Communists in Laos set a secret agenda to poison Lao-American citizens while visiting Laos.
