  • @Birdman721000 no,u must keep your legs above 5cm form the ground, so that u can train your downward muscles

  • help!I am permanent nerve damage in one arm so I cannot lift weights to get rid of my flabby arms, I can't do anything that involves repetitve bending of the elbow. I have to have a knee replacement in both knees, although the left is the worst.Am I just stuck to doing the simple exercises the MD and Physio give me? Those are to strengthen the muscles around the knee etc. I can do sit ups, although someone has to help my down and up to the floor.I go swimming everyday. I am 100 overweight.

  • Hardest exercise ever! but I know its effective. Just when im bringing my legs down and starting to raise them up is the hard part. What could be another easy to do this

  • The "muscles involved" feature on your videos is very helpful to see which are being worked!

  • would the workout still be effective If my knees are bent instead of being straight?

  • @PorkyzWorld it would be less effective, plus ur legs should not touch the ground when u are doing exercise

  • @PorkyzWorld It will be less effective. You should try doing some stretches during your workout to gain the flexibility to keep your legs straight.
