I am Shuri Ryu .Our System is based off Shaolin White Crane and Okinawan Te, There is a Famous story of Our O'Sensei who while training for a Boxing Match in the 1940's in the British Solomon Islands encountering Tong Gee Hsing. Master Hsing went on to become Robert Tria's Sifu. Later Master Trias opened the 1st Dojo in America 1945.
Splitting, Pounding, Crossing, and Borrowing are parts of the Philosophy of Shuri Ryu.
