2:Dependent sentences can never, ever function as "proper" grammar.

For something to not be funny as a statement it must be shared by every single person hence you were unknowingly speaking on behalf of everyone, so perhaps learn how to phrase things properly in the future :)

Saying that dependent clauses can stand alone is pure stupidity; you can't bend the laws of the English language to make yourself seem like less of an dumb-ass.
