i know how to do a valdez but only the backbend part. i always have a habbit of putting my feet together after the backbend. how to you kickover like that?? Help?

Please be careful, you don't want to hurt yourself, and from what i see some of you should not be doing a dance without a bar on pointe. Keep practicing at the bar. And as mentioned before sweatpants are not dance clothing. Look into getting a black leo, and pink tights.
