  • Do you still make videos? And if so is it on another channel?

  • i love your poemssss

  • Work it girl. You were hot on Survivor, and the poem you told before your duel was very sultry and sexy. You need to be in Playboy with your beautiful body. The babes on the current Survivor are hot, but you are hotter than them with your beautiful natural body.

  • " Being pretty in a man's world , can easily turn blessings into a secret curse "

  • Can I share your poem? I really loved it.

  • This is constant quietly spoken about topic, the escalation of how she describes it works just like that. Great work...

  • Absolutely beautiful. :) I'm proud of you my sister.

  • beeeeautiful poem.

  • I LOVE IT. Someone that understands that beauty is a curse!!

  • Pull that wig off,and let's see how pretty she is.It will be B.O.B. time.

    Barb Wire

  • HAllAMODA again. I ponder about pretty girl problems. I like this; you had talent since. You should get into acting; I would definitely be a fan.

  • This is beautifully done.

  • great poet!! please, I cannot fine 'hollywood has no eyes'. I absolutely love it!!

  • Dig that.

  • this explains me so well, nice poem. (:

  • Is she her own muse?

  • HOLY POOP SHE'S FROM SURVIOUR.

  • you know that (incredibly stale) joke about #whitegirlproblems or #firstworldproblems? this poem effectively captures that essence.

the poem never convinced me that growing up "pretty" is any more difficult than growing up not pretty. what happened to the poet as a child was no doubt tragic, but it happens to boys and girls all over the world who aren't necessarily attractive. every single living organism must face some degree of challenge.

  • as far as humans go (especially those living in the western world), attractive individuals are, in fact, the ones who generally face the least amount of fatal danger. because we are so shallow as a species, attractive individuals are given free hand-outs and emotional and physical protection, just like the compliments eagerly thrown to this poet because of her pretty face.

and why the forced rhyming? i find that expressing oneself without constraints breeds more honesty and depth.

  • You kinda remind me of Tyra Banks

  • Oh I know where I've seen her. She was the first out of Survivor South Pacific.

  • omg

  • i want to hate you for acknowledging your beauty but you take it to a real place in your poem but i do feel a pretty person should never say so

  • lol

  • You are super talented! Great job!

  • i love me sum ethiopian women

  • Excellent commentary of the objectification of the sacred Nubian God-Is/woman....thankh you for sharing that one I myself am correcting the way that I both view and treat women so you pretty much just made me feel like boo boo lol

  • I loved your poem pretty girl. Words were deep. Keep writing!

  • You are incredible! I love your smile aswell!

  • Wow this was really good

  • Excellent & powerful! Keep crafting ur art! From 1 pretty girl to another!

  • you are very talented!

  • Can't believe u were voted off survivor. I wanted u to win! Darn it!

  • Dam Miss "Pertty Girl" poem is deep. 4 stars

  • Pretty girl can start not being so pretty girl by not wearing makeup. Stop wearing those tight tee shirt that accentuate your breast. Wearing painted on jeans. These kinds of behavior attract men. Pretty girls generally get doors of opportunity opened for them first. Don't see pretty girls complaining about that benefit. Every one has there hassle to deal with. To short, tall, fat, skinny, nerded, wearing wrong tennis, wearing hair weave etc.... They live another day to enjoy a glorious sunrise.

  • your hair is beautius :)

  • ppl are fuckn stupid love the poem girl <3

  • u are not sure if u r pretty right? dats why u had to upload ur video speakin vain. im not a hater tho can i add u on fb?

  • Pretty girl was heard by me

  • i love you hair sister....I miss that kinda of hair

  • Nice

  • Fabulous x

  • Great poem, now all I have to do is write one for the average non thuggish, not rich black male in American society. It will be called The Invisible Man.

  • almost sounds like the black child i recided that in 1st grade

  • wow...that's like my life story (except the ending because I'm obviously still alive)

  • *snap* *snap* *snap*

  • This is a very nice piece you wrote; and only at 16; very talented indeed.

Now it doesnt matter how pretty you are; you cant let the attitudes & things people have done to you get to you (too much). People are becoming more insulting & disrespectful with every year that passes...and most of us are forced to have tough skin because if we dont, we would crumble under pressure as most human beings LOVE to see others weakened and will attack you because of it. BE STRONGER AND SHOW THEM WHO'S BOSS

  • i don't comment on things but that blow me a way u ready of you book

  • are you ethiopian?

  • @tollatollatolla No shes Eritrean (:

  • omg girl your good. ive watched most of your vids. im a fan

  • Omg your words r amazing..... More more plz :-)

  • This s Amazinggggggg Sem~!

  • EPIC!!!

  • THE so-called UGLY GIRL IS ATTACKED FOR SIMILAR REASONING, like:

"She don't matter. Nobody will care. She's so ugly." It's ALL evil!!!!

    I'ts all life.

  • @MargaretOpine

    I AGREE-ITS HARD TO BE A WOMAN IN A MAN'S WORLD-PERIOD

  • so true, great poem...thanks for posting~

  • UGHHHH! i thought this was a hair tutorial>:( please make a curly hair tutorial its too cute! i just love yer hair

  • Sometimes being attractive can be a curse, however it how one chooses to present oneself to the world that depicts how the world will in return treat & see oneself. Respect is always earned! Physicality is only 1/3 of the equation. Without Spirit & Consciousness/Intellect--the totality of wholeness is diminished. Those who are extremely attractive must also unveil what lies beneath the prettty/handsome face! Nice poem! One Love~

  • Yo I loved it!!! I made a response its nice you should check it out!!! I loved it tho!!

  • Omg wow this was shallow...oh poor me I'm pretty. Maybe being pretty isn't the reason people don't like you maybe its because your arrogant. Arrogance looks good on no one.

  • "Pretty" people are statistically more likely to get better jobs and better pay. If someone thinks a pretty person is vapid or unintelligent it's more probable that they actually are than the fact that no one listens to them simply because they are pretty. I'm just telling you what statistics (closer to facts than your opinion) say. For some reason I can't post links here, so Google it, lol.

  • How can you say this is ignorant?

what she's saying is that although the girls are found pretty they aren't heard.

It doesn't matter how smart you are, how well spoken, anything.

Not only that but do you think that they enjoy all the looks they get. It's uncomfortable and irritating. A lot of the time people will want to take advantage of you, to touch you, or get at you, make remarks on your looks, and who wants solely to be know as pretty.

  • LOOOOOOOOOOVVVVVVVVVVVVVVEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEE this poem & your hair

  • you're hair is lovely and this is lovely polem...:)

  • you areee beautifulll girlll . i was watching funny videos on relationships and this popped up . you are greatt . your poemss are lovely :)

  • Dat was REALLY GOOD! I write too, but dat was wow... N im seriouse but mine, but u blew it out da water! :D

  • AAAAAW BOOO HOOO you're too pretty, grow the fuck up! If being pretty gives you this how do you think the "ugly" girls feel? At least when you're pretty you can get a chance to speak and be heard everybody wants to hear a "pretty" girl speak.

The "ugly" girls never get a chance because the "ugly" girls are shunned from society.

This "poem" was all kinds of ignorant.

  • @mrlif305 She's trying to show that being pretty can have an "ugly" side to it. If you'd listen to the poem you'd see how she described people still didn't really listen to what pretty girls have to say, they objectify them, downplay their intelligence b/c what does it matter? they're just nice to look at, polish them and put them in a trophy case. Pretty isn't any easier b/c life is still life. We've all got our shit to deal with pretty or not. That's what the poem was about.

  • @mrlif305 ARE YOU STUPID OR IGNORANT ?? SH'S SAYING HOW FEMALEES ARE PRETTY BUT NOTHIN ELSE NO SUBSTANCE AND ITS HARD TO ALWAYS BE PRETTY AND ALWAYS

  • @wickcityprincess AAAAAW! save it, I stand with my opinion, that happens to all girls! you don't have to be "pretty" some men out there are just disrespectful and mean to women....even more to the "ugly" girls. so stop your yapping and grow up, there's kids dying of starvation, losing their parents to drug addiction and AIDS, people losing their jobs, their homes....economy on the shit hole....but no "I'm too pretty my life sucks" GROW UP!

  • @mrlif305 lmao so very narrow minded and pathetic i guess her poem can save all those starving kids and drug addicts huh ? or maybe you can superman ?? lmfao !! get real

  • @wickcityprincess No, but do a poem shedding light on those situations rather than bitch and moan about how pretty you are and your "problems" associated with that than yeah, you might spark a thought in someones head, an idea, which causes that person to ask questions, to take action....this doesn't. Boo hoo you're pretty, guys look at you and what not....and I can't save the world but I can try. I don't have to prove anything to you but I do participate in my community.

  • @mrlif305 soooooooooooooo what i participate in my community daily for the last 7 years of my life and so do a million other people in this world !! and its still dirty and cold ! if she wants to talk about how beautiful she is then so be it god gave her the beauty ! if she wants to flaunt it then ok ! and why shed a light on a poem that everybody knows about ? everyone knows about hunger and poverty the world over they just choose not to do anything about it ! smh !!! youre not superman dude

  • @wickcityprincess Lol! I can't argue with someone like you. You obviously have no base of knowledge what so ever. and she isn't talking about flaunting her beauty and I never said she was ugly. She's a beautiful as a matter of fact I love her hair! buuut her poem is trying to say that only pretty girls go through this and they don't. she thinks she has it bad then what about the "ugly" girls? no one believes or an "ugly" girl. Pretty or ugly women get raped and molested.

  • @wickcityprincess And I know I'm not superman but I try my best to be a good human being and care for others. Idk what you do what you study I know nothing of about your life but you defending this poem shows your character. Cause sweety hate to break it to you but you don't fit the description this woman is talking about in this poem....don't mean to be harsh but it's true. I bet you're an amazing person, awesome personality but girls like this look down on girls like you. THINK about that.

  • :(

  • Ahhh boo-fuckin-hoo. I didnt really hear a word she just said. Must be really hard to have it so easy.

  • ah-freakin-mazing

  • wow

  • thank you

  • well shoot let me be my lil ugly happy self then lol nah this poem is od good though

  • im lost for words.

  • Not a big fan of Poetry....unitl I came across this video. This is Damn Good!!

  • You forgot to mention all the hate, and I mean hate in the most vicious way, that pretty girls have to endure. This hate can rob a pretty girl of her chance to grow as an healthy human being. But glory be to GOD that he sent His son Jesus to be with you in the trials of life. This is a beautiful poem!!! Continue to make poetry and remember that there is one who always loves you, His name is Jesus Christ.

  • this isjust another exsxuse for any girl who thinks that she is pretty to feel special these are not pretty girl problems these are problems of wo,en in general. I have friends who this has happened to and has happened to me this is just the way women are treated in general.

  • @smaria2006 That's because all women are pretty, just in unique ways.

  • Beautiful piece. Truer words have never been spoken.

  • yes...being pretty "girl" in a mans world...can start young

  • Beautiful!!!

  • Simply beautiful...moving

  • Ps I wasnt trying to hate just pointing out that molestation, being ignored, and not taken seriously isnt a pretty girl issue. It is a beautiful poem. Just reminded me way too much of my sister for me not to say something lol. I'm sorry!!! :P

  • @Offended83Shadow If a man is attractive, he is revered and not defined for his looks and get perks based on his intellectual acumen and prowess. Pretty womyn, on the other hand, get sexually harassed, pushed to have sex to get that job (or keep it), and other shit that does not work to your advantage, at all.

  • @HappyHookerTV yea see as i said i grew u ugly and blossomed in my 20s.. so um

yea pretty woman didn't HAVE to sleep with anyone for that job. Pretty woman needs some self esteme, class, and a tutorial on sexual harassment. Cause she coulda made millions.

  • @HappyHookerTV , very true!

  • grew up hideous and i had all of that plus the added affect of being unwanted unloved and thrown away my whole life sleeping on the street and burned with irons while my sister, who looked like you, was pampered and well loved and never hurt in any way. Guess sits funny. She grew up with a horse face and always complains about the lavish life she got to live. &&& I made the best of what i got and finally get to be "pretty" and wanted instead of scorned...

  • love the hair

  • I am half Ethiopian and half Native American from the ghetto in America. I was "Pretty" I did not want it though. No one could understand. any friend you tried to tell hated you for it. But they did not understand. My heart goes out to you. I hear you. Some people don't hear what we say they only SEE US. Thank you for your poem. And I call you Beautiful. 1977 Ethiopian/Native American
