@tracyfamily ok - cool - btw, i was looking at a house for sale in Montague NJ but have never been there. How is the town? what kind of people live there and are there alot of bears around?
@Atitoinnyc - It's quiet and pretty rural. Been here almost 7 years, seen a bear on my property once, and I've seen them around town a few times.
