  • @petruhnoigor It's not fake.

  • 1916 not 1964, you noob

  • the source of peter north's power

  • america is amazing

  • @paulinaz87 dude its Australia... not America ;)

  • @NameDoesAlreadyExist opssss..... so Australia is amazing too ;)

  • @paulinaz87 hehehe :D

  • @NameDoesAlreadyExist

I thought this was in Nevada?

  • @chronDiggity nahh... its australia cuz i was there in real :)

  • @NameDoesAlreadyExist

    en wikipedia org/wiki/Fly_Geyser

Fly Geyser, also known as Fly Ranch Geyser is a small geothermal geyser that is located approximately 20 miles (32 km) north of Gerlach, in Washoe County, Nevada.

  • @NameDoesAlreadyExist No it's not pooh head.

  • سبحان الله

  • ^^

  • BEAUTIFUL!

  • i think it relly fake

  • @kakibesar Your education is fake. You can't even spell "really" right.

  • jajaj la tierra no solo se calienta, ya eyacula!!!

  • tectonaguy, Fly Geyser is less than 100 years old and is 1.5 meters tall. By the calculation of 1cm/10 years this geyser is 1500 years old.... obviously this is not correct. Since we know exactly how old this geyser is we know the rule of 1cm/10 years is incorrect as are the text books that make those claims and push uniformitarianism theories. We've seen these theories blown away in the news. Catastrophism is the rule for change in our world and the earth is not as old as you have been told.

  • @azwillys Yes the world is as old as you have been told, and mineral build up it depends on the mineral content of the water, evaporation rate and so on. Getting this much deposition in 40 some years, is not surprising depending on the minerals involved.

Secondly the information for this video is wrong. The bore hole was for a well that was drilled in 1916, and the capped pipe finally corroded through in the 1960's.

  • Thats awesome

  • That is the most disgusting geological feature I have ever seen.

  • it`s fantastic..............

  • Comment removed

  • thanks for post it

  • formed in just a few decades yet in school they tell you this type of thing took thousands of years to form in Yellowstone..........

  • @azwillys OMG ummm we comparing sizes here?? It takes 10 years to deposit one centimetre of sinter, and it also dependson the evaporation rate/tempreature of the water. Since this is a geothermal bore gone wrong, then all factprs point to a feature like this being possible within that time span.

  • fake !!!!!!!

  • i had to google earth it just to beleive it

  • NO ES NATURAL

  • it's amazing !!! :O

  • How big is it? It's hard to tell.

  • it's real? aw my god...

  • looks like a zit we have to pop it NOW!

  • That's amazing. It looks like something at Disneyland.

  • i think it is fake...

    maybe

  • @MsAsifbaloch it s not fake .

  • niiiicee =D

  • Is it just me, or does this look like something Roger Dean created?

  • @NavinJohnson90 Absolutely...When I saw this Nevada geyser on TV, that was the very first thing that came to mind. It's otherworldly...and the shapes and colors look like they leaped right off a vintage 70's Yes album cover. Alien-looking in the extreme.

  • Nevada is a strange place.

  • cold-water or hot-water?

  • @mckuletzz its hot water ^^

  • @TweetOC thanks for your reply. :D

  • @mckuletzz your welcome ^^

  • @mckuletzz Hot water.

    See the steam :) ?

    Reminds me of yellowstone :)

  • @icingandcrystals Thanks for your reply. :D

  • it looks scary and gross

  • Incredible.

  • COOL

  • i had to see it to believe it, but this just absolutely spectacular!

  • It's not fake...

  • Been to this place, it is about 25 feet tall

  • @Sreewtyui

I dont think so! It's like 12 feet, and constantly growing!

  • Can you get any closer to it?

  • @titewthjesus

    yes

  • look closley as he zooms back out u see thos little branches its the same size and look to how much detail it goes into its a tiny liittle rock ha is standing about 30 ft from that thing

  • this thing is as small as a 5 year old its a bloody rock analyse it omg

  • omg ur all stupid its fake

  • @jdmcmdj1 its on the history channel dumbass

  • @jdmcmdj1 How amusing it is when uninformed morons, call other people stupid!!! You have a bright future as a village idiot, LOL!!!

  • @jdmcmdj1

it's not fake you idiot! i saw it with my own 2 eyes! it's as real as you and i!

  • is this geyser accesible to the oublic! i know its on private land, but is there a place to see it from the road without trespassing!

anyways...i'll just tell the epa to seize the guy's land!

  • I grew up in the Gerlach area in the 50's and the Geyser was about 1/3 the size it is now. Back then we had access to it but I understand it is now off limits to the public.

  • I was there in 1990 on a clear 19 degree day. The steam covered the formation most the time but we got some good glimpses. They seem to be about twice as tall now as they were back then.

  • Thats amazing how far the mineral formation went in just 35 years!

  • ive been to a fgew hotsprings around in the blackrock area, but not this one in particular, can anyone tell me if the pond is warm enough to swim in?

its inhuman to deny me the right to sit in the worlds best hottub.

  • It's in the middle of the Nevada desert. It can't be that cold.

  • @rhyno6 are you serious? it snows in vegas.

  • Hi

Did you film that from the highway 34 or were you acctually able to go on the property? Please let me know. I want to go there myself in 2 weeks. Thanks!

  • To the video poster: great video, but you made a type in the keywords. You have dessert (like cakes and things) instead of desert.

  • wth?

  • It is about 22 miles northeast of Gerlach Nevada on Highway 34. Whoever said it was a fake is a dumbass.

  • How tall is it?

  • Where in Nevada is this?

  • It's been over a decade since I was there (and I was looking at the topless girls in the pond, not at a map), but it's just to the North of the Hualapai playa - which is a Northern offshoot of the Black Rock desert. This spot was only a few miles from where the Burning Man festival was held in 1997. Last I knew, these lands are now private and guarded - so there is no hope of going there with a lot of persuasion.

  • What's fake? Your education?

  • This is in Amerika in Neveda.

  • im doing a project on this right now

  • Very nice video. ALL 9 MINUTES OF IT.

  • for real

  • Where Is This?

  • nevada

  • beautiful...
