I know many serbs that are Vukovar borne and who are forced to leave.
Some of them lost their parents who stayed there before JNA Vukovar campaign.
All are killed by croatian paramillitary.
Still, I saw no croats that are charged for those crimes.
See, justice is not always "just around a corner" and there are many war criminals that will never be prosecuded, on all sides of Yugoslavia civil war.
Innocent or those with not enough evidence to be plead guilty, will be released from ICTY or any other court in civilised world, like Gen.Gotovina will be released if what you say is true.
I dont want to be misunderstud, I am not the one to judge who is guilty and who is innocent, I am not lawyer or anything like it.

Not to judge what is historical fact and what is not.
Croatia should launch a case against Serbia at the ICJ like bosnia done, if what you teling here is true.
