..."Everything is ecstasy, inside. We just don't know it because of our thinking-minds. But in our true blissful essence of mind is known that everything is alright forever and ever.listen to the silence inside the illusion of the world, & u will remember the lesson u forgot, which was taught in immense milky way soft cloud innumerable worlds long ago & not even at all. It is all one vast awakened thing. I call it the golden eternity.
I just started reading On The Road last week, and when I read these words, I literally swooned... I actually had to put the book down for a few minutes. Lol. So, I guess I shouldn't be shocked to see them isolated here on YouTube. Pure genius self-observation.
@Pulpfictionbuff Ah congrats friend, I had and still have the same feeling every time I read those words. It's great to see after all this time, Kerouac's words haven't lost their power one bit. Keep reading buddy, may you find you're own road.
@Pulpfictionbuff my favourite quote too. My exhusband who was so shallow he memorised this to use as a pickup line! That is sad,the power of this went right over his head. I wish I knew more people like you most of the twits i know have no idea the book even exists.
