Ok... let me fill you in since you cant understand what happened here... #1 no one was hurt. The 2 men inside exited the baloon when a spark ignited a fire causing the hot air that made go back up. #2 The announcer is doing a good job of not getting the croud excited or upset which is his job. #3 You opinion isnt "the truith" is is simply an opinion. #4 You dont have to make anti American remarks to get your point across.

So how was I to know nobody was hurt? And even if that was the case - the accouncer was laughing BEFORE the outcome of the accident.

And my opinion was that the announcer did a good job of keeping the crowd calm because the two pilots exeted the balloon and watching one coming down buring could cause panic. And that is my opinion. The American announcer isnt a "American fool" for that.
