As in YTV Canada? Possibly because Thanksgiving is in mid-October. But if you had access to a CBS station from the U.S. (WJBK-Detroit, for instance) you might have been able to catch it on its premiere night, November 22, 1989.

@RD19902010 It starts off bad for some reason. His voice sounds weird when he says "Good morning Jon". His voice usually sounds superb. Lorenzo Music's voice (to me) is great. I found this video from watching the Halloween special (which, in my opinion, has a more pleasant quality of sound, and more fitting music).
