Ronaldo was never the same after this injury. When he came back in 2002, he was still very thin. But the way he used to jog around the pitch with so much ease was gone. When he runs now, he looks like he is trying very hard to move himself (he can still run very fast) but before this injury, running was a piece of cake.

His dribbling & striking skills have always stayed fantastic though.
