why don't they bread them in captivity when I went to discovery cove (a sea world park) the dolphins where living great the trainers where nice and happy and so where the dolphins and it wasn't a swimming pool and not a tank either it was like a massive rocky sand open ocean looking thing it was beautiful and I really did loved the experience of swimming with these amazing creatures but that was because they were born in captivity :D so some dolphins are happy living with humans and stuff.

People are always aghast over the terrible things that happen in our world. What we do to eachother, or what pedophiles do to children. Maybe we deserve these horrors.

Perhaps the news channel should show more of this rather than our own petty problems. Maybe then we would feel other emotions rather temptation or lust or greed and murderous intent.

5 years ago I signed up to see Dolphins and swim with them. I thought they would be in the ocean but they were in a regular sized swimming pool. Against my better judgement I swam with them.Every day since I have had tremendous guilt.I helped to feed the marine park industry. These beautiful animals are being forced to entertain humans like circus clowns and live in substandard conditions.Let's let these magnificent Dolphins and other marine animals live in the ocean and admire them from afar!

How does any animal get to be in a tank, pool, cage, any confined space. This is one of those "you have to be insane or a total lying cunt not to see it's wrong" issues, as everyone knows we consider jail a punishment - in all cultures. So how can it not be torture for animals when they are jailed and put into confined spaces.

I hope one day that we humans understand that we are no more or less then our fellow living beings. We should treat every living being with respect. Ofcourse these beautiful animals arent happy in confined spaces doing the same tricks over and over again...every day...

There's just no justice for sealife.

Dolphins and whales are torn away from their peaceful lives and forced into a sick, humiliating show for our entertainment, and sharks are slaughtered and have thier limbs cut from thier bodies for a texture in an idolized chicken noodle soup.

But nobody seems to care, because we just love to watch the cute dolphins and whales in their shows, and the sharks, well, they're nothing more than visous beasts.
