@cunisko123 I haven't used my psp for more than a year and I can't really remember a lot of browser stuff, because I did homebrew, but you go to settings and i think its common settings or something like browser settings, once you click it , there will be an option of enabling or disabling flash.... if you don't have that option, that's probably because you need to upgrade your psp version...
