1920 x 1080 is 1080p right? but That's not even real HD. Real HD is "Original" quality, if you have ever seen a youtube video with "Original" quality. Original is actually 4000p

this is real guys. but it doesnt matter about how MANY pixels there are. It matters how SMALL the actual pixels are. to be 720 HD, it needs to have 720 ppi (pixels per inch). like a computer moniter, if there is a resolution of 1280 x 720 on a 30 inch screen, you could even see each pixel if you look closely. but if its on a 15 inch screen, then its better quality because the pixels are smaller.

This sounds promising. I've always loved Motorola. I went from the of DROID to the DROID 2 to the DROID 2 global to the DROID x and then I made the stupid decision to go with the thunderbolt aka the 2nd biggest piece of shit in verizon's high end lineup under the revolution. It was so shitty that I downgraded back to 3g for the DROID 3. (Which is amazing) Anyway, point being, I can't wait for moto to blow my mind again.

13mp means nothing, especially on a cell phone. It's the quality of the lens and image processing that matters. A DSLR w/ 8MP will blow any phone's 8MP away

Cameras are the least desirable feature of a cell phone. Especially if your hobby is photography, then 13mp camera means like 3mp in real camera specs.

I think they already maxed out on specs for cell phones quite some time ago. What they need to do is come out with some quality apps that are worthwhile of the specs. If they just keep introducing higher and higher specs and the apps are the same, then they're making zero progress and the WOW factor is a total joke for specs like this phone.

I don't trust a damn thing with their name on it. slapping together specs on a Motorola device is like finding bits and pieces of useful hardware in the trash. they have proved time and again that they are hopelessly out of touch when comes producing a legitimate user experiance. motos idea to Frankenstein a 13mp can into a Vlad baked device is proof of their reliance on empty gimmicks

BlackPrince, I just wanna help you out here... The megapixels doesn't make the photo/video any better. The megapixel of a camera has little to do with the quality of a photo... what really matters is the lens, the sensor, and circuitry. In matter of fact, a 5MP camera may even take better pictures than this depending on how good the lens was made..

@BlackPrince310 The megapixel count actually doesn't matter for image quality. Ask any professional photographer. What counts is the size of the sensor and the quality of the optics. That's why compact cameras never EVER come close to DSLR quality, no matter how many megapixels they have.
