  • @xiaocurrypuff @Clubman1316 it's possible that it might be, but good warm up and stretch before the workout will prevent it. massage your knees often during the exercise

  • This can be good for guys as well, but be sure to use the heaviest weights possible to build muscle. For women, you won't build much muscle because of your lack of testosterone.

  • everything in my body is good except my thighs, OMG i hate them they ruin the rest of my body shape

  • i think the only way to lose the weight is to change your diet and even if you hate the gym trust me get a workout tape and do it at home! i personally go to the gym because watching everyone else gives me more motivation. eat healthier too it's so hard trust me i absolutely lovee food but every week cut something bad from your diet. you'll be fine girl just find that motivation you need!

    This is going to put very little muscle on the legs, just a little muscle toning since we aren't using heavy weights. The thighs will get smaller assuming you are losing body fat in the process. You may notice a difference in the first 2-3 weeks, but should really notice 6-12 weeks.

  • @allerverb1: This will help burn fat and lean your legs out assuming your are eating correctly as well.

    @Devouredthediamonds: This will build a little muscle in the legs, but not much because it is just bodyweight and high reps are being used.

    @Devil: Yes this style of workout works. Allow at least 48 hours between workouts. You should notice difference within a month, but it all depends on your current fitness level and the types of foods you are fueling your body with

  • Between 12-15 reps... if you just wanted to go for time instead, between 40-60 seconds per exercise.

  • They are designed to do both. Working the largest muscles in your body (butt and thighs) will burn a large amount of fat. If you neglect to work legs and but because you don't want any muscle put on them, you are losing out on a huge metabolism booster... these exercises will shape the legs and burn fat.
