You get a new weapon for each Milestone achivments that you get after a certain class achivments and then just go to charcters and setup or whatever its name is and there click change weapon i think it is to change to new one if you have.

not really. yu have to go to a server with sv 1 cheats enabled like Turbo TF2 where everything is faster. I go there everytime i play the game cause they have a Mario Kart map where yu can be giant and build giant sentrys and stuff. but anyways it cant be just any server. Valve fixed this command. You may still be able to get it to work, but the next time you exit Steam and log back in, all the achievements and weapons will reset.
