Superb! Thank you. Very different to mine and well done for taking the time to add the tutorial too. I know how long this can take. I agree with your comments about special tunings and i think they apply particularly well to the steel string acoustic. I also understand the personal choice of a capo on the first fret. It's hard to explain but when you know your instrument intimately you just know by intuition that it feels and sounds just right. 5*****

I don't know the song -- I'm in my seventies and my musical tastes were formed long ago before rock 'n roll even.

I''ve been playing f.s. guitar for over 50 years and have never understood the need for 'special' tunings but then I've been called a "bar chord freak"! (So what's wrong with bar chords? I like being able to play in any key without a capo.)

Hello sir, of course there's nothing wrong with bar chords. For some songs I think it's easier to have an open D or G bass instead of an E or A. When playing in the key of G for instance it's sometimes is more logic. Another thing I like about open tunings is that you can let some notes ring out more as then in standard tuning. But it's all fun!! As for the capo , I simply liked it more on the 1st. Happy picking for the next years! Cheers Jeroen
