  • good stuff

  • Beautiful!

  • I started a lawn mowing business out of high school last year and I heard about Aquascapes. I took their classes and now after two weeks I am a pond expert and a new Certified Aquascape Contrator! I think Greg Whittstock is the Pond God. He knows more about ponds tahn anyone on the planet, even college professors! I didn't even have to go to college to become a pond expert!

  • @1DuckWonder Well good for you...

  • The thing I like about my pond the most, is swating mosquetos and feeding them to my fish. MUCHO FUN.

  • if you have fish you rarely have mosquitos. Moving water will not have the mosquito problem either as it breaks the surface tension they need to be able to land on the water to lay their eggs.

Try getting a pump that has a spray head to make an attractive spray pattern or get a waterfall added to your pond.

A healthy pond shouldn't have mosquitos. Mosquitos like still stagnant water to lay their eggs in.

  • "I don't think people are really aware of what can be done with a pond."

I don't think you are either. That pond is so wrong for koi.

  • why do you say the pond is wrong for koi thanks

  • @gigman7 It's not not neccesarilly wrong for koi. So what, If they want a plating scheme for the pond, doesn't really mean its wrong. It just depends what your objectives are.

  • @monkeyman123987 It's totally wrong for koi. You are right. it depends on what your objectives are, but still wrong for koi.

  • @gigman7 how is it wrong for a koi?, aren't they easily adaptable? they're no difference from a carp

  • @visualkeirockstar Yes, they are carp, but they need deep waters to get the exercise they need.

  • @gigman7 my koi are happy though

  • @visualkeirockstar If your water is not as deep as it should be, they are not as they could be.

  • @gigman7 i know that

  • @visualkeirockstar Sorry, I left out a word. that should say, if your water is not as deep as it should be they are not as healthy as they could be.

  • @gigman7 it doesn't matter

  • @visualkeirockstar So, you are saying all of the experts are wrong?

    It does matter.

  • @gigman7 no

  • @visualkeirockstar If you say it doesn't matter, then you are. All Koi experts will tell you that 4+ feet of water is best for koi.

  • @gigman7 i wish i can have a bigger pond i just don't have that kind of money

  • @visualkeirockstar I can understand that. No matter how large mine is, I wish I had a bigger one.

  • супер,молодцы,очень красиво

  • Very beautiful. Nice work. Check mine out...

  • this is the systems I use here in the Austin Texas Areas.
