  • with respect to BillyBaddAzz1, Police rather see all brothers dead,my vote is with you,"YES"...and i still remember the"Irish" incident in my city of San Leandro,Ca. Red and White always kept San Leandro "Right" now it's a fuckin shit hole and a "high rat population!why i'm still here is because i need to take care of my momma(81) for years lost between us while i was rippin and runnin! With respect again to you and The Club, B.B.B.2012=

  • HOPEFULLY THIS IS WHERE HE GETS KILLED AT....FUCK POLICE

  • A.H.A.M.D.

  • Why do cops always insist on blowing their own horns for doing what they are paid to do?

  • SHOT HIM IN THE BACK,,,

  • @FISTFIGHT68 What goes around, comes around, and this time, it came around, to his back! This H.A. leader most likely had to kill someone to get to his status in the club. Sad but true.

  • @Helivz ,,ID AGREE WITH YOU IF YOU KNEW WHAT YOU WERE TALKING ABOUT,BUT YOU DONT HAVE TO KILL SOMEONE TO BE IN A CLUB OR GAIN STATUS,,SO GET YOU HEAD OUT OF YOUR ASS,,,WHAT WAS SAID WAS,,"HE SHOT HIM IN THE BACK",,,THATS ALWAYS BEEN LOOKED DOWN ON,EVEN BACK IN THE COWBOY DAYS,,SO KEEP READING YOUR NEWSPAPERS AND WATCHING THE NEWS AND BELIEVE EVERYTHING THEY TELL YOU ABOUT CLUBS

  • @MrFISTFIGHT68 Some people kill to get in, not everyone does but that is an option.I've known stuff about clubs, LONG BEFORE YOUTUBE exposed it. This Mexican gunman most likely got elevated in his club, for doing what he did to that H.A. What goes around comes around. So Sad. : (

  • Unlike the two of you, I was paying attention during the Clinton years when the SC ruled that "suspicious activity" was to be "open to interpretation of the officer on the scene".

For around 300 fucking years we had solid search and seizure rights. 300 fucking years we prospered as a nation, and then the "liberals" took it away

and here you are, loving what they did, taking full advantage of it.

  • "he saw suspicious activity... movement in a car"

lol. who needs search and seizure laws? we have magic words.

  • @onlywhenprovoked - ya, cuz u were there. You know what the officer acted on dont you?

  • @shmoopify

so, you're saying that "movement in a car" qualifies as "suspicious activity".. and thus negates all search and seizure, search warrant and due process rights stated as in the constitution?

  • @onlywhenprovoked -No what i am saying is you dont know exactly what the officer saw. You're basing your statement on what the media reported. However, IF an officer approaches a person in a car and that person begins making furtive movements or ones that look as if they are hiding things, then yes, the officer may search.

  • @onlywhenprovoked - How do i know!? Because they have it on video you dummy! I saw the guy shoot him! LOL. Leave it to someone like you to completely ignore such evidence and still come to the defense of a murderer. And really, the only people that are afraid of the police are criminals, thugs and their poor family members that they teach to be afraid of the police. So Mr "OnlyWhenProvoked", if the shoe fits.........

  • @shmoopify another straw man argument, I never defended any murderers.

I pointed out what everyone knows, which is that "suspicious movement" is the kind of excuse cops use, every day, in every city, in every state, to get past giving a legit reason for shaking people down. You're a goddamned fascist and it shines through in your comments. You took an oath, remember that? Of course, that didn't mean fuckall to someone like you.

  • @onlywhenprovoked -LOL spoken like a true criminal. Acting on "suspicious movement" is also what saves many cop's lives. It also leads to the arrest of many good crooks (ie this video). If you are a decent citizen and present yourself that way, cops arent going to want to "shake you down". You see, people like you (a crook), are always looking for a way to cry "victim" when the police deal with you. Instead, you should be wondering what it is youre doing to deserve the attention from police

  • @shmoopify Spare the BS for someone that hasn't been paying attention to the news for the last 30 years. Cops kill more Americans per year than Mexicans do, and that's a statistical fact. Google "cop shot man in the back" or ..raped woman, ..beat false confessions out of people, or any "shady activity" you can think of. You guys do it all.

As far as "good cops".. where are the one's speaking against the ills of their own? Too bad the oath didn't mean as much to you as "the code". Scumbag.

  • @onlywhenprovoked I've held my toungue in this Brother, So what you are saying is Me as an Ex Cop, I was just nothing but a Murderer and Rapist Huh?....Really Brother?

  • @TheMidnightRider11 Thanks appreciate those labels....

  • @TheMidnightRider11 I assume you somehow missed the part where I wrote

"There's a difference between cops and pigs.

Pigs are criminals of the "traitor to their oath" type."

But I don't know how you missed it, since it's still there in black and white.

Start from the beginning and tell me you didn't just try and ignore what I said, and twist my words, just like this guy has done from the very first comment reply. The "Sort By Thread" link might help.

  • @onlywhenprovoked In the four years I was a Cop I never heard or wittnessed any of those things you have described as The Majority of Cops doing in my department...Are there Shitty ass Power hungry Cops that don't deserve to wear a Badge...Yes...

But Brother you seem to lump every one that wears a badge in with those scumbags...What about the 5 Lives I helped save...

  • @TheMidnightRider11 What about all all the Drunk ass abusive Husbands I pulled off of their wives as they were beating them?...What about the TWO BABIES I HELPED deliver into this world...I guess we don't get credit for those things Right?

  • @TheMidnightRider11 What about My ex partner who was also a Bishop of his church, Who was gunned down by a Scumbag abusive Husband waiting for him in a Parking lot, and Killed him...He was a father of two and helped Gang Kids turn their lives around and get off drugs...CONSTANTLY..Brother are you going to lump him in with the Bad Ones to...Simply because he wore a Badge?

  • @TheMidnightRider11 So when your door gets kicked in, based solely on an anonymous call from some drunk internet dude, just chalk it up to bad intel and don't worry about what your rights are. Tell them how much you love cops, that'll surely keep them from shooting the dog when they come in.

  • @onlywhenprovoked So...Cops killed more than the 9,532 people killed in Mexico this year huh?...Well brother. I could counter every point you make, But I don't feel like arguing with a brick wall....And You and I have been friends for far too long too let some bullshit video about a Murderer with a an arrest record longer than Super Bowl history, break up our friendship...I guess I'll just have to face the fact You hate everything with a badge...

    Peace Brother...See ya around Blog

  • @TheMidnightRider11 I grew up in a town where the cops were outright mobsters. They robbed, killed and extorted people. Some killed each other fighting over drugs and money. Some were convicted for being in cahoots with the likes of Whitey Bulger and many more retired with full benefits, on the taxpayer dime. I personally testified against one, and he was found guilty.

For every good cop you can show me,

I'll show you a cop that isn't speaking up against the bad ones.

    He's too scared.

  • @TheMidnightRider11 You mean like when you saved the day and got VH busted for murdering his wife on blogtv? Oh wait, that's right, you ratted someone out for something they hadn't done.

No, I aint defending VH, what I AM saying is that when you don't have ACTUAL probable cause then you should probably mind your own shit. How many police stations have you called, with some drunk internet drama story? You think your on the cops side, buddy, but you're on the list with the rest of us civilians.

  • @TheMidnightRider11 Then where are the "good cops" standing up and speaking against their own?

I can find liberals, conservatives, jews, christians, muslims, blacks, whites, you name ANY fucking group and I can find youtube videos of them speaking against the evils of their own group....

    except cops.

Even you, mister "I used to be a cop" (I don't know who the fuck quits that job, but OK) when's the last criminal pig story you ran? and I mean besides the one where it's cops against cops.

  • @onlywhenprovoked -lol youre one angry dude. Listen, i guess its better to be a "shifty cop" fighting the bad guys than just a plain criminal against society eh? At least the shifty cop does some good for the community. What do you (criminal) do for society other than rape, deal dope and pillage? LOL whens the last time you arrested a rapist or a murderer? Or how about the last time you saved a victim of anything!? LOL never. Just keep sniffin your lines. We'll get ya

  • @shmoopify Go sniff some more holsters, you commie fascist bitch. I don't want to hear any more of your teenager level troll bullshit.

  • @onlywhenprovoked - again, you have issues bro. Goodluck in life. Youre going to need it.

  • @shmoopify Again, shove your fascist, jackboot nazi bullshit right up your lying pig ass.

  • @onlywhenprovoked - Weird. I haven't said one lie in our entire conversation. Oh wait, thats your attempt at telling me you're not a criminal...? Now who's the liar? LOL

  • @onlywhenprovoked -By the way, please tell me that isnt you playing the guitar on your youtube channel!? If it is, it seems like such a waste for so much skill to be wasted on such an ass. Anyway, that was as close to a compliment as i can get to giving you. later

  • @shmoopify Your child-like need to get the last word is amusing. And no, I don't give a flying fuck what impresses you. I only pay heed to compliments from people that have skills, themselves. I doubt you have anything to contribute to this society besides driving a car too fast and being a prick to citizens. If we handed guns out to everyone and fired all you welfare socialist union asses, we would be better off.

  • @onlywhenprovoked -lol last word

  • @shmoopify Yep. Last word.

    "lol"

  • @shmoopify Your spin is weaker than Glenn Becks. Show me the quote where I "supported the Hells Angles". Oh that's right, I never did.

You're s shifty, dishonest pig. That's plainly obvious to anyone that can read a thread.

  • @onlywhenprovoked- What's plainly obvious is what "side" you fight for. When you automatically start attacking the legality of how an officer caught a wanted murder (a hells angel), especially without knowing ANY of the facts other than what the media told you, i think its fair to assume who's side youre on. And youre right, I made a mistake in saying your a "Hells Angel supporter". What I should have said was your a "criminal supporter".

  • @onlywhenprovoked - The sad truth is, it's too late for you. You have many years of "shady activity" that has taught you how to place blame on others for your actions (criminal activity). It has turned you into the wolf and has made you hate the sheep dog (police). Whats even more sad, is you will teach your puppies the same beliefs you have, resulting in a vicious never ending cycle.

  • @onlywhenprovoked - secondly, how do you know that it wasnt as simple as the officer asking for his ID??? Why do you assume that the officer did something wrong?? Thats the problem with people these days. You are all so quick to look for what the officers may have done wrong instead of looking at the real picture......THE GUY IS A MURDERER!

  • @onlywhenprovoked PS.. don't think that line about "furtive movements" went unnoticed. Sounds like you've been working on memorizing those magic words.

  • @onlywhenprovoked - Four people would recognize that "furtive movements" line; Judges, lawyers, cops and criminals. Should I take a wild guess at which one you are? LOL

  • @shmoopify Nice way to avoid your logical fallacies, your hypocrisy, and your weak attempt to spin what I said.

You already displayed your "guilty until proven innocent" mentality, you didn't need to reaffirm it. Assumption incorrect. Which one are you? Before you answer, Yes. There's a difference between cops and pigs.

Pigs are criminals of the "traitor to their oath" type.

Feel free to sling some more baseless accusations and complete bullshit.

You're making a fine example of your type.

  • @shmoopify "as simple as asking for his ID"

He would need a legit reason to do that. "Movement" is vague BS just like "furtive" and "suspicious" along w/ the other crap you halfwits memorize in order to fuck the constitution over. I didn't see any video, and people in your "profession" are required to words like "alleged" and "accused" until his guilt or innocence has been decided by people with a higher IQ than yours.

"You're basing your statement on what the media reported"

    and you're not?
