  • Liberal propaganda. I have experienced this process personally; there are county officials with the votes during the whole process.

  • .. Okay .. Elections from start to finish must be done **entirely** by Government with *no* private sector involvement. The Fundamental role of Government is to assure smooth transition of power (read: 'Elections'). This secrecy nonsense is for Facists. .. yes .. Facists.

  • I happen to believe you are correct with regard to election integrity. Everyone needs to google "Stephen Spoonamore" to find out more. We have turned over our elections to private contractors using computers that can be very easily hacked.

  • excellent research!

  • I wonder if this is how they got Prop 8 in CA through.

  • looks like some evangelicals found a way to have their own little "election night miracle" in some guy's basement office.

  • Amazingly significant reporting. How in hell can the state consider outsourcing 'election services'? Who gets into such a business unless certain of having the right contacts to begin with? And why is it not enough to get the attention of the MSM if there is such evidence of the appearance of a conflict of interest?

  • Vote fraud can be perpetated by both sides, that's why. MSM = Main Stream Entertainment. Real news went out the door in 1980...-Paris Hilton's more important.

  • Most Americans are idiots. They have no clue nor do they care how their elections take place. Every four years these idiots complain about how their elections have a extremely high potential to be rigged yet they do absolutely NOTHING about it. By the way, the last time I checked Ron Paul was also running for president at one point in time. I notice she did not mention his name as one of the candidates to sign that agreement.

  • get back to the paper ballot. Problem solved.

  • too bad nader is a douche, and uptake sucks. Veracifier, where for art though theuptake? Where has your own video reporting gone? I thought I remember this channel having video mashups, that exposed... stuff

Now, its all this uptake crap. Now, by crap, I don't mean uptake's content in general. I mean that uptake is total crap. Their reporting sucks. Most of their vids are petty complaints, which distract from larger issues at hand. They are like paparazzi.

Anyway, at least there is tpmtv..

  • Our Country is Corrupted,we need to get rid of the people running our country they are owned by corporations taking away our rights!

  • well we just got rid of bush and Co. WOOT!

  • no we just begun to expunge them. We still have a lot of work to do. We have to repair the country back to the way it was before his kind took office.

And this may go way back to nixon!

Once that is done, we'll pass the laws we've been wanting for ages.

  • Good reporting!

  • Canada: Pencil + Paper ballot = Easy and safe

  • early voting destroyed attempts at tampering this time, but what about next time?

  • I'm not saying that privatized voting is a good thing. I'm only saying that this person's investigation seems unfounded considering the fact that the vote went in favor of the alleged bias of the company owners.

Yes, make a case for banning privatized voting.

No, don't harass business owners to make your video seem gritty.

  • How many times are we going to vote on these machines, only to find that there was problems in certain counties or state wide problems before we say enough already. Take away from the private sector and give it back to the state election boards already.

  • As a Canadian, I am constantly astonished by how US elections are run.

  • As a "person that resides" in the US, I am constantly astonished...

  • LOL

    me too

  • as a voting citizen i am constantly astonished...

  • One problem is there is no national election law. It's regulated by individual states. In fact, it's your state that gives you the privilege of voting. There really is no federal *right* to vote at all--only non-discrimination clauses with respect to voting.

But yes, the whole process, however regulated, should be transparent to the voters so that even the prospect of tampering is eliminated.

  • I don't know how long as a society we are going to wring our hands about this periodically, without solving the worst of these voting-security/transparency problems that are eminently solvable.

  • One of the craziest things we have ever done in America is privatize the vote. We need to get our elections out of the hands of corporations and back to the people or democracy will die.

  • The people need to dissolve the electoral college. We need one vote, one voice. Obama would have still won, but it would have been MUCH closer. :P

    -Axel

  • Obama won the popular vote by a six-point margin of 52 to 46 per cent. That's not that close. I don't think we need to get rid of the electoral college.

  • i mean you usayans are so up to date, and there is reason to be suspicious; how and why you can actually not nail anybody?

proof and such maybe huge, but ask myself, what do you need?

K.Harris running Bush campaign and beeing in charge of the voting at the same time. at least a nono.

i mean i have spoonamore confessing his involvmend(mumbles) as URL on my channel!

    guess you are just kidding...(

  • Because the right to vote for our elected officials is the bedrock of all of our other right in this nation, and I would not take that for granted.

Personally, I would prefer to have all of the voting procedures in the hands of the government rather in the hands of a for-profit company. But the whole procedure needs to be transparent, so that we the people can see what those in charge are up to. Trust, but verify. It is not harassment.

  • What does that have to do with ensuring democracy? Oh, so your candidate prospered because of vote tampering it's ok? Thanks not how this country works, we as Americans should ensure a fair election for everyone, not just Democrats or Republicans...

  • Supprt the Paper Ballot Constitutional Ammendment:

All federal elections shall be conducted by voter verifiable paper ballot.

Write your Representative and Senators and ask them to support the Amendment.
